Welcome to Lucky in Loveland! 🍀 Kick back and enjoy the peaceful back patio after a day at Kings Island our exploring downtown Loveland. Our home is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet cul de sac.
The kitchen has been fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole crew.
☕ The coffee and tea station is stocked with drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, and electric kettle to help you fuel up for your day. Coffee and teas are provided.

- 1 full bathroom (with bathtub)
- Fast WiFi
- Smart TV in Living Room
- Electric fireplace in living room
- Stocked kitchen with lots of small appliances (air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee grinder, crockpot, hand mixer)
- Coffee and tea station (Keurig machine, drip coffee pot, French Press, and electric kettle)
- 6 person dining table
- Washer and dryer
- Combo booster seat/high chair
- Pack N Play - No sheets provided - Please bring your own sheets.
- A generous starter pack of the following items is provided: laundry detergent, fabric sheets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee and teas, creamers, and sweeteners.
🛏️ Sleeping Spaces with room darkening curtains and sound machines:
- Bedroom 1 with queen bed and Smart TV
- Bedroom 2 with queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a twin bed with twin trundle bed and dedicated workspace
🌳 Outdoor space:
- Outdoor dining table for 6
- 2 Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the private backyard
- 2 rocking chairs under cover on the front porch - perfect for morning coffee in the shade
🚗 Parking:
-Up to 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking
📍The location:
- Less than 2 miles off of 275.
- Kroger grocery store is a half mile away.
- The newly opened DVD Brewery is only 0.5 miles away (their Red Ale is my favorite!)
- 1.5 miles away from historic downtown Loveland and all that it has to offer - delicious restaurants, adorable boutiques, coffee shops, brewery and taprooms, and of course, the Loveland Bike Trail! Bike, canoe, walk, and enjoy the beautiful parks our city has to offer. There’s always something going on in Loveland!
- Kings Island is about 8 miles away.
- Downtown Cincinnati is about 18 miles away.
A few notes:
- Two areas of the home not accessible to guests: the garage and the twin/trundle bedroom closet.
- Allergen alert - While we do our best to thoroughly clean between guests, this home is pet-friendly and may not be appropriate for guests with pet allergies.
- The backyard is only partially fenced, so pets must be on leash in the backyard.

There is one motion-sensor flood light and camera located at the front entrance of the home.
PETS
We allow up to **3 dogs (50 lb max each)** for **$75 per pet, per stay**.
- If you add pets during booking, VRBO will automatically include the first pee fee in your total.
- If not, we’ll send an alteration request after booking.
- We will request additional pet fees after booking
For larger dogs or more than 3 pets, please **send an inquiry first** for approval.
**No cats or other animals are allowed.**
RENTAL AGREEMENT, DAMAGE WAIVER/HOLD, ID VERIFICATION AND CHECK-IN STEPS
We`re so excited for your trip! PLEASE NOTE: Our listing description and house rules mention that you will be required to complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Hold (which is not a security deposit) in order to receive Arrival Instructions to the home. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Important: When cancelling your reservation, the credit card processing fees of 3.9% + 30c will not be refunded.
If booking with a credit card that doesn`t match the guest name, you`ll be required to provide a written authorization, photo of the ID, selfie, and card showing the last 4 digits of the credit card holder, or reservation will be cancelled.
