About this property

TUSCAN ON 16 ACRES BY LAKE MURRAY, WITH POOL/HOT TUB & TOY PARKING, EV CHARGER

Beautiful spanish style home on 16 acres, minutes away from Lake Murray and the Arbuckles. 1.5 hours from DFW or OKC - 20 minutes to Winstar, 7 minutes to Lake Murray State Park and 11 minutes to the marina or golf course. Close to Arbuckle ATV park and the stunning Chickasaw National Recreation Area. Under 30 minutes to Turner Falls and Winstar Casino! Lots of covered parking for your toys - bring your boats, RVs, etc for use at the lake or at the ATV park around the corner. Gated property in a one way in one way out street, so everything is secure.

Wooded trails for you out the back door on our 16 acres or explore longer trails over at the State Park around the corner. During warmer weather, enjoy the saltwater pool and grill/lounge in the backyard. Cooler weather enjoy the hot tub! Inside the home, enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and smart TV's in the great room, pool room and Master. We have board games if you want to stay in. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house is comfortably furnished.

There is a basketball court (with a toddler size hoop as well). The house has many kids toys - it's very kid/family friendly. We do have a pack and play and inflatable toddler mattress available for your use if you require it. We also have a baby monitor and white noise machine if you need it..

**Please note - the house does have a European layout. The living area, kitchen and master are all upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry area and game/pool room next to the pool, complete with a kitchenette.

** Dogs are only accepted with permission AND payment of pet fee. They must be crated in the home. We have a large and small kennel available.

**The pool is not heated, but open year-round. The hot tub is also open year round.

**TESLA/EV charging available.

**NO use of atvs on property.

**Exterior cameras for security purposes with no audio.

**Absolutely NO parties. Only approved guests in the home.

Any guests breaking the house rules will be asked to leave immediately.

The entire property was amazing. There was plenty of space for everybody to have privacy and the house itself was beautiful. The owners were easy to communicate with and they responded to all of our questions very quickly. We had an amazing time and will definately try to come back next summer.

Amazing place. Very clean and fun to explore around the property. I felt safe which was very important for me having three kids with us. I love enjoying new areas and rarely stay in the same place twice. But for this property, I'd stay again. Host is great, just ask if you have questions.

We loved how close this was to Dallas and how much there is to do in the area. Not only is the home beautiful, the property is private and has lots of amenities. Minutes from the state park, we enjoy getting out on the lake or walking the many hiking trails. It's a great escape from the big city, with lots of nice restaurants and things to do in area.
