Nestled in the middle of this exclusive golf community this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private pool villa is perfect for Disney, golfing or just relaxing in your own space.
There is a large TV in the main living area with a Roku Stick/Box which enables access to some free to air streaming services as well as allows guests to access their own streaming accounts using their usernames and password.
Fiber Optic Internet, through Wifi is available and free of charge.

Pets are considered in this home. Fees and Restrictions Apply and are normally $150 per animal (under 30LBs (maximum of 2) for stays of less than 14 nights. Please contact us in advance to confirm if your pet may be allowed in the home. Any non-authorized pets reported at the home are grounds for cancellation of the remainder of the reservation with no refund for unused portions of the stay.

The villa is in a walking distance of the supermarket, restaurants, and local bar.

Stay in a great value accommodation Lounge by the South Facing pool on 'down' days and enjoy this peaceful retreat with views by the Highlands Reserve Golf Course adjacent to the house.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner’).
