We really enjoyed our stay here. I felt very at home. The decor was nice. Very nice paintings and plants.The house was fully stocked with necessities. I like to cook, and there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils. Coffee maker needs an update. I paid to get the pool heated, and it was warm upon check-in. It was the perfect temperature. Check in and check out we're both very easy. The property management team is awesome with communication. The instruction manuals were very helpful.I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent and Quiet Neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was great being just far away from the craziness in Orlando but not too far from all the parks. The house is just like the pictures described it, quiet neighborhood, kids enjoyed the pool. The house is a little dated but I definitely recommend it and will definitely be back on my next trip to the Orlando area. Having all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets very close by also makes it very easy to enjoy your stay! We loved it, you won’t be disappointed!

Great vacation!!

We stayed here for nine days and loooooovvveeeddd every single day and night of it. The house was excellent and beautiful and Rebecca was a great host. We had everything we needed and absolutely no problems.

My family and I enjoyed the home. It is exactly as shown on VRBO. The spa area was clean and beautiful. Rebecca is the best example of a host. She is very attentive and ensures any needs are met almost instaneously!

Location was great near to all major amusement parks. The home needs some work many appliances were broken like the stove microwave bedroom doors were coming apart. Home needs a deep clean but we were able to make the best of it.

We stayed for four days and we had a blast! The house was super clean. The rooms and mattresses were extremely comfortable! My kids absolutely loved the pool!! The backyard is amazing as well!! Nice house

The house was beautiful and the location was great. Not everything in the house was operational but we made the best of it. The pool was great and the kids really enjoyed swimming. The communication with the property manager was good!

We had an absolutely wonderful time, we stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We loved the villa, it was clean, well equipped and lovely and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. We couldn't have been happier returning to the villa 'our home' each night after a day at the parks! We had to contact the owner a couple of times as there was no clothes airer and the toaster broke but the response and quick service was outstanding and the next day we received a clothes airer and a new toaster, she was amazing! The villa is well situated for all the Disney and Universal parks as well as the shopping outlet village and local supermarket, we couldn't fault it.If/when we return to Florida we would definitely love to stay at this villa again. Highly recommend, loved it!

This place has the potential to be wonderful, and we did enjoy our stay. The layout is great and pool area is nice and was clean. Pool and hot tub heating worked great. The kitchen layout is nice and had everything we needed. The livingroom couch was comfortable and had enough space for 4 adults.However, it needs some updates. Many small things that could be fixed - cracked tile, chipped furniture, water marks, new paint for walls and baseboards, new towels to replace ones with holes and stains, etc... The dishwasher is also very loud - we couldn't run it if we were in the house, even sleeping.
