Completely updated, eco-friendly beach house with private yard, pool, and hot tub surrounded by tropical vegetation. Nine houses from a dead-end street opening onto Twin Lakes Beach; easy walking and biking to stores, restaurants, and Sunday farmer's market. Currently furnished as two bedrooms and two offices: most comfortable for 2-3 people. Solar and radiant heat. 3-month minimum. Owner pays services and utilities minus electric & water ($650/month).
