Great Place to Stay!
This is a comfortable, dual-level, family town home situated 1 block from the beach at Rio Del Mar … just far enough to feel peacefully apart from the crowds, but an easy amble to the beach. This popular beach runs south of Santa Cruz and boasts miles of sand and a variety of restaurants. There is also a shopping center with a major grocery store; sundries and hardware store and other shops and restaurants nearby. A 2 minute walk takes you to the Seacliff State Park and Beach with BBQ and picnic areas, fishing pier and walking path.

This furnished vacation home has vaulted ceilings; tile and carpeted floors; large, open floor plan; and its own private deck. The secluded deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean. The kitchen has a bar counter with bar stools and a separate family style dining table and tiled counter tops.

Linens are included at no extra charge. Stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and blender are all there to make you feel at home during your stay (plates, silverware and cookware provided).

2 Bedrooms, 1 bath. Accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Parking available off-street. Extremely CLEAN, has patio furniture; and a BBQ.

Great beach rental

This rental is really close to the beach, a deli, a coffee shop and market. The rental was comfortable and had everything we needed. They also allowed pets which is a must for us. Great stay.

Perfect seaside retreat for our family of 4

The home fit our needs perfectly. We spent our days at the beach, hiking in the State Park, and our evenings at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and visiting friends. The house was well outfitted, including the kitchen. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wonderful location that is walkable to a dog friendly beach. Place had everything we needed. One day there was a trail of ants that came in the house in the setting if a rainy day. Otherwise, no problems and thoughtful host with great communication. Would stay again.

This place is great. It is accurately described, close to the beach, and a great walking/running trail. This is the second time we have stayed! It is clean and fully furnished with comfortable beds. We loved being able to sit out on the upstairs deck and enjoy breakfast.
