We designed and built our home in 1987 and had the opportunity to rebuild it after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake! Our 4 children are grown now so we have the time to enjoy our property and vineyard. We grown Pinot Noir grapes and produce estate bottled wine.
We feel absolutely fortunate to live in the Santa Cruz area and on this property.

The views are spectacular with sunrises to accompany your morning coffee or beautiful sunsets to compliment a glass of wine of cup of tea. The roof of our wine cellar has a deck with table and chairs to enjoy.

The best part is you feel miles and miles from the frantic pace of life yet are only 3 miles from the beach and Aptos Village. It's a short drive on Hwy One to Santa Cruz and only 40 minutes to Monterey.
