Perfect for those who are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the downtown chaos but close enough to enjoy the beautiful emerald city. This 3 story property is beautifully designed with a mid-century modern contemporary finish that makes you feel right at home.

The space
WiFi Mesh routers located on every floor provide seemless connectivity. Speeds are 100/5 Mbps.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new Samsung appliances (oven, electric glass stove, microwave, fridge with filtered water dispenser, dishwasher). You can find cutlery, cutting boards, sharp chef knives, utensils, pots/pans, and selective condiments for your use.

Bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and hand held clothing steamers.

Rooftop is equipped with a dining table and chairs perfect to enjoy golden hour with the DT Seattle skyline in the background.

Master bedroom 1: this room is on its own floor with a Queen size bed and its own private spa-like bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning unit, large closet, smart TV, and work desk.

Bedroom 2 and 3: this room has a Queen size bed located on second floor with a closet. Luxurious memory foam mattress. Full bathroom is on the same floor. Bedroom 2 has a work desk.

Family getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay. There are lots of stairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. The place is super clean and the carpet was clean. The hosts answered emails. The check in and check out is a breeze. I would definitely comeback to this house if I am in town.

Wedding Dress Shopping with Daughters

Wonderful place to stay, location in West Seattle close to the airport made it convenient especially with four different flight times for our family. Was a good base of operation for all our appointments and to return to for laid back time. Just right for our needs.

This property is a real gem - clean, spacious, well-maintained and a great location. 20 minutes to downtown, near the airport, ferries, etc. Owner is extremely responsive and communicative.

Great Location

This property was in a great location 15 min drive to downtown but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. There are a lot of stairs but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Amy was a wonderful host that answered all my questions immediately and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great place, a little weird smell

Place was great other than a strange smell on the upper floors in particular. It smelled like strong bug killer or some other cleaner but it was not a great smell. Otherwise, clean, spacious and perfect for us.

The place was immaculate. The neighbors were super friendly and the neighborhood was so easy to navigate. Our host let us check in early due to our early flight schedule and that made our day! Quick response and really friendly

Amy was great! I was having issues booking last minute housing over over Halloween weekend, but she worked with me to ensure that her townhouse would work for my friends and I. It was clean and looked like the pictures. 10/10 would definitely book with her again.

Okay stay

Our group found the place to be clean. The wine bottle left by the host was appreciated, as well as welcome manual. The place is in the middle between three other townhouses. Only street parking in front of townhouse. It does have a lot of stairs so might be issue for seniors. The rooftop was rundown and can use some updating on the furnitures. There was no grill as was stated.

Amazing experiences

We were booking this house for family coming from different town. The house was super clean with all supplies needed . The day before the check in , the host sent me a text me the code key to check in. All instructions were super easy allowed us get in the house with contactless. During our stay we had some issues with the code ( it's our fault not to follow the instructions) . Sent Amy the text and received response almost immediately. Our experiences with this house and the host were amazing. Communication at ease all the time. Highly recommended if you're looking the place to stay in SW Seattle
