Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Clean and perfect for our needs. Close to so many stores/restaurants. Only thing I would suggest is adding a few more dish towels and we couldn’t find pot holders anywhere! Other than that, fully stocked of kitchen necessities and we enjoyed the pools and close proximity to the beach.

The place was great, location and everything was perfect. We will 100% be back! Such a cute and cozy condo. My only reason for the 4 star review, is that the place could have been cleaner. My 1 year old was crawling around when we got there and had black residue on his knees and feet. We got the extra bedding out for the pull out couch bed and chip crumbs fell out of the sheets. Not exactly what you want to see. Everything else was fabulous. The beach access, the pool, the condo.

Family vacation

Great location! Very disappointed I had to purchase a second parking pass. Also, they would not let us in the condo early. Several other people around us were in at 2:30. If condo was ready it’s a shame to not let guest in. I even offered to pay a fee. Nice updates to the condo.

Calming waters

The property was spacious, clean and in the perfect spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only problem I ran into was that I ended up paying for insurance three times thru VRBO and cannot seem to get any help getting it back.

Extended stay at the Palms

We enjoyed our extended stay at the Palms (3weeks) this fall. The condo is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and lottery tickets. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was great. The unit is undergoing renovation and they have not gotten to the bathrooms but they were clean and functional. Our only complaint is the kitchen utensils were old and non functional. We had 3 can openers and none of them worked. There were no pot holders and the cookware was barely usable. We had to purchase a frying pan, knives (the ones there were dull and dangerous) and a cutting board. The vacuum cleaner would not pick up any dirt, we called maintenance and they said it was working fine. We would stay at the Palms again but the minor issues need to be addressed.

Perfect location beautiful property

Our family had an amazing time at Orange beach. The location was perfecrion! We were able to be at beach within minutes, it was never crowded. The kids enjoyed the pool as it was shaded by the afternoon. The unit itself was spacious, clean decorated well and had every thing we needed during our stay. We will stay here again!
