*Construction Notice- Please read before booking. The Palms HOA will be doing a large scale construction project 9/18/2023-5/17/2024.*
-11/13/23-1/26/24 Unit 1014 will be completely closed for rentals.
-9/18/23-11/13/24 and 1/27/24- 2/23/24 There will be significant amounts of noise which will include, but not limited to, jack hammering, grinding and hammering with swing stages on the outside of the building.
-2/24/24-5/17/24 There will be minimal impacts during these dates. The construction will be taking place in the opposite building. You still may hear some noise and the property will still be under construction.
-11/13/23-1/26/24 The outdoor pool will be closed. Other than these dates the outdoor pool will be open, but could close at anytime if deemed unsafe.
-All indoor amenities will remain open

Great location! The unit was VERY clean and the view was AMAZING! I loved waking up to the view of the ocean!! The unit also has a big kitchen, and washer and dryer.

This condo was great. Well kept and spacious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only negative was the washer is so loud. Otherwise it was clean and well kept.

We were very happy with the property itself. Beautiful views, pictures accurate to what was listed, no issues with parking. Only disappointing factor was there really wasn't anything within walking distance.

Great accommodations, good parking, easy access. Everything nice and clean.Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels,Close to restaurants & grocery store.,Only “zonks” I’d give are:The refrigerator needs some shelvesThe washing machine spin cycle always out of balance and making noise despite the load size.Not a deal-breaker tho, we would stay again and we recommend!

Fun girls trip

This was a girl's trip with me and my two daughters. The condo was perfect. The view of the ocean was fabulous. Loved that it was a private beach. The condo had everything we needed. They even had a few beach chairs and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again.
