Great price/quality ratio

I spent five days in the house, and what I really liked about it, compared to other houses with similar prices in the Utoring Margun is space. The fact that beds are upstairs makes everything a lot more spacious, this is a house which could easily sleep 3 people. The only thing which needs some improvements in my opinion is the shower, but for 4-5 days this house is perfect and in my opinion better than similarly priced houses.

Sicht an eine Hauswand, nie Sonne, Treppe ins Schlafzimmer zu steil, miserable Betten, miserable Dusche, Steckdosen und Lampen in miserablem Zustand, Möbelauswahl geschmacklos, superdreckiger Teppich

Haben auf dem Sofa geschlafen, war weniger bequem jedoch die Treppe ist etwas steil. Küche und Dusche sind sind ok

schlechter Zustand der Wohnung

Leider hat die Wohnung dringend eine Renovation nötig. Duschen ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen ist fast unmöglich. Auch die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. Zusätzlich ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr rudimentär. Kein Salz/Pfeffer oder Essig und Öl. Schade. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung OK, auch wenn die Treppe zu den Betten sehr steil ist.

Appartement à Silvaplana

L'appartement en lui même est propre bien entretenu. En revanche on a rencontré deux problèmes majeur. Le premier et au niveau de la literie qui est de mauvaise qualité. J'ai très mal dormi pendant tout le séjour car trop dur, le deuxième est l'échelle qui monte à la Mezzanine les marches sont très petites... si on se lève la nuit pour aller au toilettes. En gros je suis déçu de cet appartement.

Wir waren gerne hier

Die beiden Einzelbetten waren für uns nicht so ideal, wie haben gut auf dem Bettsofa geschlafen. Genial ist die nette hilfsbereite S. an der Rezeption und die super gute Küche plus aufmerksame Bewirtung mit Restaurant. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und waren froh, hatten wir einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage für die beinen Töff.
