Our stay

Overall property is nice. There were people above us that were very noisy. Water pressure in master bath sink was horrible. Barely runs. Parking is an issue if you have more then 2 cars. Not sure we would stay again in this location.

Cozy home away from home

This modern unit was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Tampa. Its location is near River Walk which looks to me like an up and coming place. There is a Sprouts within walking distance as well as food hall. The unit itself is super clean, the towels smelled freshly washed and the beds were very comfortable. Also the kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. The host even thought of having oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar which I think is a great courtesy to the guest. Host also included local guide for things to do or places to visit I would definitely stay here again.

perfect place to stay with kids

we came for a YAGP competition at the Straz theatre. the location was very convenient to the theatre and many restaraunts. The home was very nice inside and clean . The owners even gave a gift basket with some snacks and goodies. I would definetly recomend this place

Stay on the top floor

We recently took a family trip for our daughter's 2nd birthday and stayed on the first floor unit. When we arrived, the parking space for the unit was filled so we parked in front of the garage (no big deal). The unit was nice and clean. We stayed on the first floor, and since people were staying in the unit above, we could hear them banging / stomping all through the night. I would recommend staying in the upstairs unit to avoid this, if you aren't worried about stairways with young kids.
