Unique cabin in the city pool home

This is truly a unique find and one of a kind. Our beautiful cabin nestled in the heart of Tampa is open to welcome anyone who would like to have a true cabin experience. This home has been completely renovated from the inside out. It boasts a privately fenced back yard with an oversized deck that steps down into a large 27 foot private swimming pool. We are sure this home will not disappoint.

You will have the convenience of being in the city while experiencing the quiet and serene atmosphere this property offers.
The cabin provides over 1600 square foot of living space and sits on 1 acre of land. It provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as large deck, private swimming pool, free arcade machine with 300 games, Alexa throughout the home, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lots of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long or short term stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dining wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows.

The home is centrally located to many great restaurants, all 3 major highways I-75/I-4 and I-275, University Mall, Tampa Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and Movie Theater. Our home is spacious, clean and is always ready to welcome guest from all backgrounds.

You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands, 15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Cancer Center and 20 minutes from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney World is only a hop and skip away from our home. 45-50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks.

Our home is in the suburbs surround by trees and wild life. A quiet local Tampa neighborhood with elderly neighbors. We ask that they are respected and the noise be kept to a minimum. Florida weather is very tropical and with that comes the different critters such as, lizards, frogs, love bugs etc. Being there are many trees around we do expect to see different wild life. Our little Florida nature friends will be outside enjoying the weather with us all.
It's absolutely vital that all doors are kept closed to prevent unwanted critters from coming in and enjoyed your stay with you :) sorry we do not allow parties or events. No more then how many people booked inside the home

Great home base for Tampa activities. Managed to fit 3 couples and 3 children. Kids loved the game room (darts, ping pong, arcade game and more!) Pool was lovely and well-maintained.We did have an issue with the house, but the owner was super responsive and helpful.

Our group had a smooth and enjoyable stay here. It was as advertised and was in the perfect location for events we were attending at USF. Other than a few lightbulbs needing replacing, it was great… clean, cozy, convenient.

Unique Home Stay

Family came from Al, Ga and south Fl all had great things to say. Location was close enough to park like it was listen. Grill, pool, games for teens, house was clean and had basically everything we needed. Great for a group stay!

Log Cabin with all the amenities!

Amazing property that has the most thoughtful owner. Everything has been considered at this lovely cabin. Lots of games and entertainment for the kids (young and old alike), the highest level of cleanliness, and all the necessary accoutrements to feel at home (snacks, most anything for cooking, soaps, plenty of toilet paper, etc,). Definitely one of the best rentals that I’ve ever stayed at.

Family Vacation & USF Graduation Celebration

The cabin was perfect for my family of four (2 kids), my parents, brother, and uncle. The four rooms were perfect (two are connected with only a curtain separating them). The house is stocked with cookwear, dinnerware, and everything you need to stay in to enjoy meals. We loved all the fun games, the pool, and BBQ! We so badly wanted to enjoy the firepit too but visited during a burn ban. The pool was perfect and the deck space amazing! Plenty of seating and the gate to get to the pool made a mama of a 2 year old breathe easier. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is the third cabin I rented and was not happy about the stay. The tub in the downstairs bathroom had soap build up and my elderly mom nearly slipped. The microwave and stove do not hot up the food very well. The kitchen drawer knobs are popping off. The fridge is rusty and does not close properly. The bed in bedroom to the right when walking up the stairs had bricks holding up the bed frame. While we respected the hosts request to keep quiet between 10pm-8am, the neighbors were screaming and making a lot of noise at 1 am each night. There is also no numbers on the house. We were not very happy with the condition of our stay and did not warrant the nightly rate.

We strive to provide a comfortable and well-maintained home, as reflected in all our previous reviews, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. But no way is it acceptable to try and extort money from a host. Especially when things you stated were not true. I do want to note that we were not contacted during this stay regarding any of these issues, instead I was informed unless I want a bad review they wanted compensation. We have a water softener the water is very conditioned there is no soap build up as a walk through was preformed the day of their arrival, however we now added non-slip guards as an additional safety precaution. The microwave and stove are both working perfectly, we did inspect them to ensure they are functioning properly which they are using a heat device to read temperature. The kitchen drawer knob was secured one was slightly loose, and the refrigerator, while older with cosmetic wear, works perfectly and is cleaned thoroughly after every stay. Also the refrigerator closes just fine. Regarding the bed, the prior guests bent the center support rail just before this last-minute Christmas Day booking. A replacement bed was ordered immediately but did not arrive in time. A temporary extra support solution was used to ensure extra stability for your safety. Which actually is stronger than the bed leg and did its job perfectly! Noise from neighboring properties is unfortunately outside of our control, though we do request quiet hours from our guests. Sometimes during holidays the homeowners do have parties and company of their own. Especially Christmas Day when you booked for. The house number placement is on the fence at end of the driveway the house is too far set back to see numbers from the street. Although I will add to the house also

Beautiful house located conveniently

So we needed a place that could accommodate 8 people and it needed to be close to Busch Gardens. This house was a spacious, clean, and everything our family needed. The pool outback was a great bonus and w head no problem utilizing the kitchen and grill during our stay. There was also ample parking. Also everyone enjoyed the games that were there! Just some tips if you do choose to stay here: 1. Three of the four bedrooms are upstairs. This might not be an optimal situation for elderly family members. Also the second bathroom is upstairs and you must go through one of the bedrooms to get to it. Again, maybe not ideal if you’re not super comfortable with everyone in your traveling party. 2. The washer and dryer are located in the downstairs bedroom. 3. The coffee pot on location makes enough for about 2-4 cups of coffee. If you are big coffee drinkers this might be important. The host really thought of everything such as enough towels for both pool and bath use. If we need to visit again I will for sure be checking if this property is available!

Amamos la casa. Muy tranquila y un vecindario tranquilo. La única sugerencia es que laven las sábanas con otros productos o que revisen la humedad de la casa porque algunas sábanas olían a humedad. Pero eso fue algo mínimo comparado con el disfrute que tuvo mi familia y yo en este lugar. Volveríamos!
