Great Apt, Noisy Restaurant below
Great apartment, clean, appears just like photos. The restaurants directly below are quite loud and it was difficult to sleep due to loud shouting, singing patrons below. Not much the owner can do about that as sometimes there are noisy patrons until 3:30-4am!

Great apartment for party goers - beware if you are a family or staying with kids
This was a cool apartment. The bedrooms are a good size. The living space is a little small and definitely stretched in the pictures. The balcony is cool but the view is not great. You are one floor above a street with a lot of party goers and it is quite loud. Don't stay here with anyone that is sensitive to noise at night. I was a bit dispointed to walk onto the balcony and there was trash, a single plastic chair, and a bowl of cigarette butts. It would have been nice for that space to be cleaned up before our stay. Also beware, the apartment gets tons of ants. If you drop food crumbs on the floor, ants will arrive in a matter of minutes. There were ants crawling around the area rug in the living space. There were ants in the bathroom. We cleaned up crumbs, and wiped things down with disinfecting wipes to try to keep them out. Luckily, we did not cook or make any coffee in the apartment so we didn't have a lot of food there.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Lisbon. The apartment function for what we needed but we did not spend a lot of time there. Our 7 year old powered through the night time noise with some white noise, but she definitely didn't get the amount of sleep that she is used to getting.
Paula was an amazing host. The property was clean, spacious as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped, instruction binder was so helpful. It is located so close to all public transit, city center, and next to Timeout Market. The only negative point was the noise. There were people partying at the park across from the building every night until 4 am.
