Welcome to this gorgeous newly remodeled three bedroom / two bath, craftsman style home, located in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Entire house is WI-FI Enabled. The house can comfortably host up to 6 persons in the 3 bedrooms + It consists of a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofa with lots of natural light, leading into a formal dining room and newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and stylish cabinets. The main house consists of two generous sized bedrooms (both with Queen size beds) .Two newly remodeled bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. Third bedroom is located in detached cottage consists of a large room which is fully furnished with 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa bed that opens up into a full-size bed. Beautifully landscaped garden with new hardscape, custom fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining and seating with outdoor lighting. Ideal for outdoor relaxing. Wi-Fi enabled.
SORRY NO PARTIES OR FUNCTIONS with large numbers of external guests. Genuine family and friends visiting is OK subject to the house rules and booking conditions.

Stayed here for a wedding. Close to many things, location very good. Clean and we attended the neighborhood Italian Festival, what fun!! All you need is here, incredible outdoor space!

House was older and a little smaller than expected but was clean and had modern utilities. Kitchen was well stocked including air fryer and indoor type cooker. Very close to SAP Center so saved 50 parking. Also close to Little Italy that has some nice restaurants.

The home was cozy, clean, with all the necessary amenities, easy in and out. Very nice backyard with a BBQ which we enjoyed. Parks, shops and entertainment within walking distance. Home located on a quiet street within the city underneath the flightpath of airport, which was all good.

House is in great location near many of the things we wanted to do. It had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The back yard was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The host was very responsive to questions. Would stay again!

Great stay!

It’s a very cute property and was perfect for our group. We weren’t aware it was on the flight path but were happy they stopped flying overhead at a certain hour. Very conveniently located to downtown and most sites we wanted to visit. Our host very graciously provided all basic necessities like coffee and creamer, that was very much appreciated! If we head back to San Nose we’d likely want to stay there again!

What a wonderful place to stay during our trip. The house is as neat as a pin. The cottage is perfect for "personal space." There is a fair amount of airplane noise, but that pales in comparison to the rest of the property. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Holiday Stay

Five adults in San Jose over the holidays. The house is large, well stocked and clean. The location is great. Very close to airport and walking distance to train station, arena and plenty of restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.

Great location in San Jose

The property was great. Very clean and included a good supply of the basics. Gwen was very prompt in answering any questions and providing information. Loved that we could walk to the SAP Centre and there was plenty of off street parking. We will definitely book again if coming back to San Jose.

The property is very close to downtown and San Jose Little Italy. However, it's in the direct flight path to the airport. And you will hear jets landing every 5 minutes

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need! The decor and everything there is to enjoy in this home shows that the owners love and care for this place very much. There are a lot of cameras, including a ring camera, if you like that to feel safe.The home is in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac, tucked away from everything. I really appreciated the quiet!

Hidden Gem!

The house is great!!we came to town for training and to catch a show at the SAP center. We walked there and back easily. Very nice sitting area in the back also!!! We have already decided to book again!

Fabulously Fun Family Weekend

My family went to the San Jose Sharks game and love this house’s proximity to the Shark tank! We walked to dinner each night and bought groceries at Whole Foods. The house impeccable clean and comfortable. We had such a good time we will check out the availability of the little house for future games.

Fantastic!

This stay exceeded our expectations. Host is very communicative, and the property is lovely, charming, clean, and welcoming. Really appreciated the inclusion of bath linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and even items like a clothing steamer. We don’t often get out to San Jose, but we’ll be sure to try to stay here again when we return.

Great property close to San Jose DT and Events

Myself and a couple of my work team mates stayed at the property to attend a conference at the Convention Center. It was a great location, just about a 10 min walk to downtown, and about 15 to convention center or an $8 uber. We enjoyed that the house was in a good location and had great outdoor space in the back that was exclusive and enjoyable to hang out at. We will look to stay next year as well. The owner was very responsive and considerate while booking and staying.

San Jose Cottage

Had a great month at this cozy property. Very clean and communication with property manager was great. Yard space was nice to enjoy the great weather. Separate cottage was perfect office. Walked to downtown restaurants as well as around the block to San Jose Little Italy which is a must for cocktails and food. Loved Pasono’s Great if in town for Sharks game or event at SAP center. Overall this is a nice place to stay and we were very comfortable.
