This architectural canyon home offers panoramic views, hiking trails literally from the front door, full solar power, and a peaceful setting just minutes from LA restaurants and conveniences. Perfect for families or quiet professionals seeking a premium escape — longer stays welcome.
Sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms.

**Guest Access**
You have exclusive private use of the entire main house — all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, hot tub, BBQ patio, and backyard fruit garden.
A tenant lives privately in the separate on-site ADU (completely separate entrance, no shared walls or access). The tenant does not enter the main house or use any guest outdoor areas during your stay.
**Interaction with Hosts**
We live off-site and reply to messages within 1 hour.
**Important Notes**
• Quiet residential neighborhood — no parties or events allowed
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM
• Trash & recycling handled by our cleaning team
• Exterior cameras only (for your safety)
