You will have access to tranquil space with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas that include pool, jacuzzi, 3 leaving rooms, fully equipped kitchen, 4-bedrooms that do not share walls, 3.5 baths, yard with fruit trees, outside patio, spacious parking, great mountain views, and lots of room for family fun! Good communication with Joseph. The home was clean, spacious and welcoming. Our family of 10 stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. Lot's of room for everyone. Several enjoyed the pool.

This house is so gorgeous and big, with everything you need. Ample kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, games. There are lots of different sitting areas where I could work while the grandparents watched TV and the kids played games. Best sunsets I have ever seen. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this perfect family getaway! Every member of the family (age 13 to adult) enjoyed all the amenities and comforts of this home away from home. We look forward to return again!

Great fam stay

House was clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the tvs. The house has three living rooms and tvs everywhere. Real nice master bath.

Amazing property, amazing host!

This house is so nice! Joseph is a great host and super flexible. My groomsmen, my wife, and I had a great time during my wedding weekend. A perfect house for the occasion! The upstairs balcony is especially great.

Family Time

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation for all. Location is great - near grocery, restaurants, freeway. Property manager prompt with any help needed. We had a fabulous family time!

We had a great time! It indeed was the perfect family getaway. Joseph was responsive and accomodative of our family of 9 and little pup for our summer vacation. The area was quiet, the house was cozy, comfortable, and refreshing with a/c all around. Not to mention the heat controlled pool and spa! My kids enjoyed the extra inflatables and pool noodles. There's plenty of areas around the house to lounge by the pool, have a bbq, or rest in the hammock by the trees!We had everything we needed in the kitchen, from pans and plates, to cutlery and spices. The rooms had extra bedding and the restrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper, which my family and I appreciated. The laundry room inside the house had extra towels and detergent as well!I will definitely recommend to family and friends.*The only thing I would suggest or recommend for the host is extra bags for the trash cans upstairs and some extra care and maintenance in certain areas in and around the house. One of the tvs upstairs wasn't able to turn on or start Netflix, but otherwise perfect!

A generous home with a generous host

The house is roomy and the pool large and pleasantly deep. The beds are superb and 2 extra-large King sized also sets the house apart from most others. There are plenty of large screen TVs, many of them equipped with Apple TV, so that our group of broad age ranges could always find something to watch. We found our host, Joseph, very accommodating and quick to address our questions, albeit after a period before our stay when his software and the VRBO site could not communicate. In the final run-up to our rental and throughout it, he was great. The home was perfectly situated for our needs, in a well-to do area, though its proximity to the freeway may strike some as a double edged sword. We rent homes quite regularly and get used to the fact that after a long flight we have to find our way to a store to buy essentials like bin bags, dish soap and loo paper, even salt and pepper. However, in this home all these things and more were provided. Even the outdoor grill had a spare gas canister. We would definitely return.

The beds were comfortable, the location was perfect for our activities, and my son and his friends had a wonderful weekend! The pool and spa have super cool lights that automatically come on and create a beautiful ambiance.
