VRBO HOME AWAY Paradise Getaway House- With Pool and Hot Tub!

Howdy from Texas 🤠!! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy.

This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!

Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room. Thanks for understanding!

Great stay!

We loved our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space. The pool and hot tub were fun, but the best part was the game room. The host is also very helpful and responsive.

Great visit. In town for the Longhorn game and alumni events. Location was great and our four grandkids loved the game room. The house was extremely well stocked. Eight of us fit with plenty of room to spare. Will definitely consider returning.

Great time

Wish we would have stayed longer. The house was very accommodating. The pool was relaxing and the game room was a big hit. We were celebrating Father’s Day weekend with family and there was enough room for everybody.

Great accommodations.

A great family venue. Pool, hot tub and game room were a hit! Beds were very comfortable. House close to retail, restaurants and not far from airport. Bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and living room was a great family space. Neighborhood was good for walks, running with parks nearby. Great communication with host. Recommended for family stay.

Overall the experience was fun and memorable for everyone. There were plenty of beds to accommodate a family gathering of 9, the pool and hot tub were lots of fun, and a game room that kept all the kiddos entertained. The host was able to communicate effectively when he needed us to change our dates for our stay, but the only issue was the house wasn’t completely ready when we arrived. We had to wait about 3 hours after check in to use the pool because he needed to come by to remove the vacuum and clean out the leaves. Compared to other places we’ve stayed we did notice the rules were a bit more strict with the outside curfew, papers posted around the house with instructions for several rooms, as well as being responsible for taking their trash and recycling cans to the curb when we checked out. On the first night there was an issue with finding a dead cockroach in one of the bunk bed sheets, as well as another dead roach in the dining room the following day. Overall, it was fun but maybe shake out the sheets before bed and wash any dishes before using.

I gave the guests a discounted rate with the reservation date change and they were more than happy to accept my offer. The house only has instructions in the bedrooms to kindly note remove the fan remotes from their holders as the remotes have been damaged and lost. Theres a automated message to take trash containers out to the streets before Mondays at 7 am and it's clearly stated in the message that this is only necessary if you will be staying Sunday night. The guests checked out Sunday and I therefore took out the trash containers.

Dan was a wonderful host, very polite and always available to answer any questions during our stay. The house looked exactly like the picture we definitely felt at home. The neighbor was very clean and quiet. No issues anything we needed was close by. If we are ever in TX again we would definitely stay at his home. Thanks again Dan

We loved it! Dan was so easy to deal with and a quick communicator. Most importantly - the house was very clean, no bugs anywhere, water pressure in shower was strong and the air conditioning was nice and cold! Great House!

I rented this property for a two day music festival for myself and six others and the house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and then some! We loved the game room and playing pool! Weather wasn’t really hot enough for the pool but the hot tub did get used once. Owner was super friendly and made sure we got checked in and had everything we needed. I would stay here again if I was ever back in this area!

Had a lovely stay in this huge house with its large garden and pool. It has all the facilities you need to keep one and two families happy. From the well equipped kitchen, to bedrooms with the most amazing bunk beds we have ever seen, large lounge and sitting areas, and to the outdoor space and games room. Communication from the owner was excellent and the pool was cleaned everyday for us as it was spring and the pollen flew in on the breeze.

Rental was as described, host was responsive to minor issue we had. Enjoyed a weekend of floating about in the pool and playing games in the games room. Christmas exchange

This roomy open floor plan had more than enough area for my family to gather for the holidays. The game room was a big hit with the kiddo’s! I personally enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor scenery. Shopping center and grocery store were minutes from the home. Management staff was very responsive answering all of my questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again!
