Private: property 950 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 90 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: table football, central heating system. Supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop "Parada Bus" 1.3 km. Sports harbour 4 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia Benidorm 26 km, Mundomar Benidorm 23 km, Terra Mitica Benidorm 31 km, Terra Natura 28 km, Guadalest 33 km, fuentes del Algar 25 km.
"Verano", 5-room house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Great visit

+Great vacation house with lovely garden and grest pool area. Perfect for families and good location to start your journey to any activities. - Upper room need to have AC, impossible to sleep during summer even with windows open and regular ceiling fan installed. Invest in AC!

Veranda Retreat

The accomodation, garden and pool are lovely however the upper bedroom and on suite were un inhabitable due to the heat. Although the upper accomodation had a cooler and fan it only gave out hot air. When reported to Interhome representative the seemed very dismissive and ask us to show where we had read that the upstairs bedroom had air conditioning. We all had to sleep for the 10 day in the main part of the accomodation which had the air conditioning, so lost the use of the upper on suite.

Es war einfach wunderbar, obwohl auf den Bildern nur zwei Liegen zusehen waren gab es noch eine Doppel Liege.Das Haus und die Anlage ist einfach nur Top.Als Empfehlung würde ich nur die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss austauschen und eventuell mal über welche für unten nachdenken es war in den Schlafzimmern schon sehr warm.

Belle maison mais mal entretenue

Belle maison mais elle n’est pas entretenue, beaucoup de choses abîmées ou inutilisables. Pas d’éclairage extérieur autour de la piscine, c’est dangereux le soir. Il ni a pratiquement pas d’ustensiles de cuisines. Les meubles sont fort usés La cuisine extérieur ne sert à rien (pas de gaz, de plus un multi prise est accroché à l’arrivée de gaz… quel danger !) et nous avons du réclamer du gaz pour le barbecue. Nous avons dû également demander qu’on nous retire des champignons un peu partout..

Heerlijke vakantie gehad

We hebben erg genoten van het prachtige en complete huis! Aan alles is gedacht, gemoderniseerd maar wel de Spaanse charme behouden, comfortabel, mooie tuin, heerlijk groot zwembad. Het enige minpunt is dat een airco op de 1e etage absoluut nodig is in de zomer maanden. De aanwezige fans bieden geen verkoeling. Sommige nachten was het voor onze dochters (15&19)daar niet uit te houden. Volgens mij is een mobiele airco voor deze maanden een betaalbare oplossing. Schattige tuin kat ‍⬛

Fantastische keuze!

Na een zoektocht naar een leuk vakantiehuis in Calp vonden wij huisje Verano. In één woord geweldig! De beste keuze ooit. Alles is in het huisje aanwezig en je krijgt direct het gevoel thuis te komen. Een paar kritische punten: slaapkamer extern beter voorzien van een échte airco. Een aircooler is niet voldoende. Waarschuw vooraf dat de toaster niet werkt in combinatie met wasmachine of andere zware apparaten. Pluspunt: alles in de buurt maar toch een rustige omgeving.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Wir waren mit vier Personen in dem Haus, aber es gab leider nur zwei Liegen. Es wäre schön wenn wenigstens noch zwei Klappliegen da wären. Ein Billardtisch ist auch toll, aber ein schöner Esstisch mit Stühlen wäre unserer Meinung nach sinnvoller. Einfach toll war die Gartenanlage und der Pool.

Wirklich eine traumhafte Anlage, sowohl im Aussen- als auch Innenbereich. Zwar etwas weiter ausserhalb, dafür aber die absolute Ruhe. Für uns die perfekte Urlaubslocation!

Hübsch und gemütlich

Das Ferienhaus Cuxarret bietet mit dem Billard-/Tischtennistisch sehr viel Spass. Das Häuschen ist nicht nur hübsch und gemütlich, sondern auch sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Man findet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Auch der Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können diese Adresse sehr empfehlen.
