We have enjoyed a lovely two week holiday at Casa Tiva. The mountain and sea views are amazing and the heated pool was great. Definitely worth paying a bit extra to have a guaranteed minimum water temperature. There is a friendly Spanish speaking evangelical church with translation on the Avenida de Valencia in Calpe. We used the underground car park near the beach. Also went to Alicante Church which is English speaking and international. Thank you Oliver for a lovely villa!

This house has the most amazing views from all angles. The bedroom even has a view of the famous Ifach and the Mediterranean sea. The pool was lovely and warm - I am glad i paid the extra to have it hot, as even on cloudy days it was lovely to swim in. The roof terrace has fantastic panoramic views of the mountains and sea. It's a very peaceful place and not far from the sea or shops by car. The kitchen could do with updating as the oven is old and not very good. But the house has everything you need. I enjoyed breakfast on the veranda watching the sunrise and listening to birdsong. And the evening watching the sunset from the roof terrace. Very good communication from the host. I had a few problems getting access to yhe house when i arrived but he responded immediately and it was all resolved within minutes. The area is stunning and I had a relaxing time.

Arrived to 2 warm bottles of water and 3 coffee pods! No information pack of the area. No emergency no. No hospital ref. No shop info. 1 large towel between the 3of us. No refuse bafs and where to dispose of. Nothing near by couldn't walk to restaurant or shops far isolated. Shower filthy no shower gel. Hair shampoo. Washing up liquid. No dishwasher tablets. Bedding dirty. 2 broken chairs outside. And lots of tiles missing from pool

Thank you very much for your feedback. However, we are unable to confirm the points you have raised: - Two towels were provided for each guest, as well as bin bags and a washing machine tablet. - The bed linen is always freshly returned from a professional cleaning service on a regular basis. -We provide information about the property in digital format. - The pool is serviced regularly; with a mosaic-tiled pool, an individual tile may occasionally come loose without affecting its use. - The shower was also cleaned before your arrival; the area you mentioned underneath the raised shower drain cover should also have been clean, but we will check it again nonetheless. It’s a pity that you didn’t contact us about this during your stay – we would have been happy to address the issues you raised straight away. Our quietly situated house in a well-maintained area with sea views and a large pool has been highly appreciated by our guests for many years, and we are particularly delighted to welcome so many returning guests.

Absolut empfehlenswert

I övrigt riktigt bra.

Toller Urlaub!

Entspannter Urlaub in Calpe
