An amazing property with amazing hosts!

The hosts are great people! The location of the property is central to so many things in the area, not to mention it being directly on the Delaware River is fabulous!

The property is beautiful and very clean. It has a unique theme/country atmosphere which is relaxing and fun. The fire pit just off of the river is really nice. Mike (the host) greeted us. He is very kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. It's is obvious the host's care greatly about their property. They even supplied other amenities that most other rental properties don't. We are hoping to make this an annual stay, and recommend anyone wishing to just relax and have fun think about this rental property.

Wonderful cottage in the woods!

This is a beautiful property directly on the Delaware river. Swim in the river, kayak to and from this location or just enjoy the fire pit and sunsets/full moons. The interior is spacious and clean. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice as well. We cooked both inside and bbq outside. The washer and dryer came in handy as it was a muddy week. Owners Mike and Veronica are wonderful people who are around if you need anything! Definitely coming back!

Beautiful winter get away

Our post-Christmas visit was cold but lovely. We sat by the fire pit one evening to enjoy the warmth of the fire while watching ice float down the river. The home was large, spacious, and warm. There was no cell service on site, but we were able to use WiFi calling with our carrier to still receive and make calls. There was a house phone, but we didn't use it. It was wonderfully secluded and we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, but still close enough to access civilization. Some excursions were closed, but we had a wonderful short hike to see the frozen waterfall at Raymondskill falls. We loved our trip.

Delaware River trip 2022

Perfect location for what we needed. Hospitality was wonderful! We surprised them with a little earlier arriving but they were very nice about it. The house was interesting with more things to do than the time we had. Hopefully can stay there again 😊
