The fully furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It is in the centre of the city, close to various attractions of La Rochelle, such as the Aquarium of La Rochelle, the Vieux Port and many more! Only a 7-minute walk to the central market, the Vieux Marché, where you can enjoy all kinds of fresh products, especially fish and seafood!

This apartment is designed with an open-plan loft, kitchen, a living room and a dining room. It is equipped with a double couch bed and a wide-screen smart TV, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

If you love cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and cutlery for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker and microwave. The flat also has a washing machine if you need it.

The apartment is furnished with a heavenly queen-sized bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds, complete with hotel-quality linen for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

La Rochelle is a coastal city in southwestern France and the capital of the Charente-Maritime department. It's been a centre for fishing and trade since the 12th century, a maritime tradition that's reflected in its Vieux Port (old harbour) and huge, modern Les Minimes marina. The city retains a rich architectural heritage and has an aquarium, attractive gardens and natural-history museums such as La Rochelle Aquarium and the Lantern Tower of La Rochelle, Plage de la Concurrence and Quai Du Vieux Port. Iséo and La Boussole are great restaurants and bars that will make your night out a memorable one.

You will have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. Bus line 1A and 1B which stops at Grande Horloge (The great clock) and La Rochelle Railway Station are available within walking distance while La Rochelle airport is a 14-minute drive away.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a  minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
