Great apartment in central location in La Rochelle. Lots of space and storage, two spacious bathrooms and bedrooms and open balcony, excellent for breakfast, lunch and relaxing in the evening sunshine. Gorgeous apartment

Had a fantastic two weeks stay in this beautiful apartment, it’s spacious & fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. All amenities are within a short walk from the accommodation, which is a 100% secure building with easy access by a lift from the private car park to the property.

We had a very nice vacation in La Rochelle and enjoyed the apartment. It is situated close to the food market but in a quiet area. The owners care about you having a pleasant stay. We would like to rent the apartment again if we will go back to La Rochelle.

A fantastic apartment

We have just returned from an enjoyable holiday break in Hubert’s fantastic property. The apartment was spotless, spacious, well equipped and is the perfect place for an extended vacation. It is close to all the amenities and sites in this beautiful city. Hubert is an excellent host; very accommodating to meet our needs and first rate communication.

Apartment was very spacious, including a lovely outside balcony (some great sunset views). Lots of amenities in the apartment, including for cooking, cleaning and leisure Very safe and secure building. Location was highly convenient - close to restaurants, bars and public transport Property manager was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend both this property and La Rochelle for a holiday.

This apartment is exactly how it appears in the listing -- everything was perfect. It has a big balcony, all the equipment you could need, and was spotlessly clean. It is in a very smart block of apartments, with a quiet, grassy and leafy garden in the middle. And it's perfectly situated -- in a quiet area, but only just over five minutes' walk from the wonderful market, and within easy reach of the old port. We would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a great stay in this beautiful and modern and very spacious apartment, close to the old town centre, harbour and most importantly the market! The balcony and the communal gardens are very usable and the apartment feels airy and cool even during hot weather. The apartment complex is well built, felt very safe and spacious with all facilities easily accessible. Communication with both the owner and the local host who welcomed us was done in a professional yet warm and very personal manner. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Lots of recommendations given by our hour host and it really is the perfect base from which to explore La Rochelle and the surrounding areas including the Ile De Re and the other smaller island. We couldn't recommend it more highly. Thank you very much!

Perfekt organisierter und sehr freundlicher Empfang, grosszügige, helle, sorgfältig ausgestattete Wohnung im 1. Stock. Zwei Plätze in gut zugänglicher Tiefgarage, Aufzug, durch Badges gesichertes, vor wenigen Jahren frisch umgebautes Gebäude. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss im Zentrum der fantastischen Altstadt oder am alten Hafen. Während Wohnung und Haus in jeder Beziehung ausgezeichnet sind, ist die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht besonders attraktiv. Gesamteindruck des Aufenthalts: hervorragend.

Perfekte Wohnung in La Rochelle

Wir haben 3 Wochen in La Rochelle verbracht. Die Stadt und Umgebung sind unbedingt eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung in La Rochelle verbracht. Sie bietet viel Platz, ist modern eingerichtet, hat einen großen Balkon und ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß beim Markt oder in der schönen Altstadt mit dem Hafen.

La location idéale à La Rochelle

Excellent séjour dans ce vaste appartement au cœur de la ville. La résidence de moins de 5 ans est tranquille et sécurisée avec accès direct par l'ascenseur à un double parking en s/sol. Le logement est meublé confortablement et très bien équipé. On se sent vraiment chez soi. Très bon accueil des hôtes Hubert et Isabelle.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables dans l’appartement de M Hubert Viel idéalement situé, spacieux et très propre. La loggia sur jardin est très plaisante et utile (couverte et orientée ouest, protégée d’éventuelles gouttes que nous avons peu vues et de la chaleur) et le parking un luxe à la Rochelle. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil et ses conseils. Merci encore à Isabelle et Hubert pour leur réactivité. Nous comptons revenir.
