The just completed Water Lilly Recreation Center with its beautiful motif is the closest of these recreation centers only minutes by golf cart and includes a family pool among its amenities.

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The side patio provides for a great spot to bbq & relax after a fun day before heading out to the squares to dance the nights away. The screen enclosed front porch offers comfortable seating perfect for enjoying the morning coffee or juice and newspaper or planning your day here in The Villages. This home comes complete and includes a 2020 GAS GOLF CART, GAS BBQ grill, BICYCLES W/HELMETS & BIKE PUMP, WiFi internet connection, & SO MUCH MORE!! With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
