Renovated Two bedroom, One bath apartment on the Gulf Of Mexico at the Ozona Waterfront Villas. Ozona (Palm Harbor) is one of west Florida's best kept secrets. Lush palms, massive oak trees, lagoons, open Gulf views with sunsets, a quaint and fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and so much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

Honeymoon Island, another local favorite is at the end of the causeway. Spend hours on Honeymoon Island and/or Caladesi Island enjoying sunsets and relaxing.

Close to Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and so much more.

Bike ride, walk, or run on the 45 mile Pinellas Trail which is only feet away from the apartment. Pinellas Trail runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

Great winter escape

This was a wonderful getaway for us to enjoy the sunshine. It had everything we needed and we spent hours sitting on the dock fishing and visiting with the others their. Walk to downtown Ozona and enjoy all that was there. Only a short 10 minute drive to honeymoon island and great beaches. We will be back!

Nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our almost 3 week stay in this small 2 bedroom first floor apartment located near a bayou in a quiet neighborhood of the lovely gulf side community of Ozona . It is only a few blocks from the Pinellas Trail . Owner Anthony is excellent in communicating with you and is more than happy to answer questions.

Great Host, Great Location, close beaches

Stop looking now and stay here! Uncrowded, pristine beaches, and pet beaches within 5 minutes of this location. Great city to stay in, fantastic restaurants and family fun to be had everywhere. We painted ceramic scupltures, visited museums, aquariums and the most amazing pet stores. Host is friendly and reaponsive. You could not choose any better. Also, 4 units available on one property, so bring all your friends!!!

It was ok but water flow was slow, not much hot water, t.v. in bedroom did not work, when we checked in for the first 3 Nites we had kids upstairs, very nosey and a lot of running and stomping. the furniture was outdated but all in all it worked.

Relaxing Stay

What an enjoyable and unique property this is tucked away in Ozona/Palm Harbor. This waterfront property was just the ticket for my family and I to relax for a week and close out a challenging 2020 year. Many of my family enjoyed the fishing available right off the two docks in this property where you could catch snook, tarpon, snapper, catfish, etc. They provide multiple patio's to sit and enjoy the view and the balmy breezes as well as fire pits to extend the evenings. The entire vibe of this place is easy going and laid-back. The accommodations are comfortable with everything needed to cook. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat for several days that you could take out on the Gulf and then drive back to the house to dock and have lunch. There are numerous quality restaurants within a couple of miles with several within walking distance. The people are friendly and the weather we enjoyed was spectacular. Thank you to Anthony and Yasmyn for opening up your villas to my family and I as we had a wonderful time!! Any concerns were addressed quickly and you were a pleasure to rent from. I look forward to returning again next year.

True to listing

Rented this for my daughter and her husband who came to visit for two weeks. Everything was as listed. Easy check in (they loved the number code door lock system), tidy unit, no complaints about anything not working. They used the on-site bicycles so we could all ride the Pinellas Trail into Tarpon Springs. They spent a beautiful afternoon kayaking with Anthony’s kayaks. On their last night, we had a nice time sitting around the fire pit. It was a quiet and relaxing stay for them. Would rent again. Thanks, Anthony, to reaching out to see if they needed anything. That was a nice gesture.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. Anthony was such a great host and was very quick to respond with any questions. We were able to fish right off the dock, went kayaking ( which he has available to rent), we we rode our scooters to explore the neighborhood and see the scenery on the nearby Pinellas trail. The beach was conveniently located nearby as well. We were so cozy and comfortable there and hated to have to leave. It was a pleasure!

Peaceful and unique place

Anthony and his wife welcomed us during a time of great change to our family. We were moving to this area with 2 little kids and their place was like a safe harbor during a storm. Our kids loved this neighborhood. Anthony and Yasmin were super flexible, friendly, responsive and went above and beyond what was expected. I have no words to thank them enough. I'm very glad that we got to stay at his property. We definitely recommend his properties to everyone who is looking for a piece of paradise.

I had scheduled & paid in full for my stay 11months in advance.. I was NOT given the unit I reserved ! I was supposed to have water view and I did NOT. When I brought this the host attention he said, I was not promised water view and that it stated that the unit I reserved states not water front. I went back and reviewed my reservation from the beginning and that was NOT true! And I stressed this to the host. He said he had already reserved the other units and could not accommodate a change. I reserved 11 months in advance! The unit I was given was dark and dirty. You could not see water from ANY of the small windows. I have seasonal depression so light is a BIG factor on why I chose to go to the unit I thought I was getting. There is more details about the unit I report , but I will just say I would not return to this unit and feel it is not adequate to rent. Unit ****. I will say when I contacted the host about immediate issues that needed addressed he was quick to respond. The other units appeared nice which made matters worse. Our unit was definitely NOT worth the money. I Love Ozona / Dunedin area but this was a very bad experience. (We have a friend with a condo that we have rented in prior years , cheaper, but choose this place for the water view - which didn't happen ) Stay was along 2 weeks!

Palm Springs Vacation

It was exactly as advertised. A hidden hide-away. What made it special was it was on a canal and we had dock access. Fishing was fun off the dock. Also a plus right by the Pinellas Bike trail. We biked to Tarpon Springs and to Honey Moon Island. Also biking or walking distance to many restaurants and breweries.

Convenient location

The house close to the Pinellas Bike trail. Walking distance to see a beautiful sunset. We had a dolphin visit the second day. We enjoyed starting and ending our day on the patio next to the water.
