The neighborhood is very walkable and dog friendly, everyone has one :) While the neighborhood is walkable, you would likely need a car to get to downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island and other local attractions. No Car, no problem as Ubers and Lyft are plentiful making it easy to explore Dunedin and nearby attractions. Publix is also less than a mile away for convenient grocery shopping.
