Stream your favorite shows or play a board game on the large Coffee table. The small dining area seats 4 comfortably which is perfect for shared meals, game nights or planning the next Dunedin Adventure.
THE KITCHEN
In the condo you will find a full size kitchen with full size appliances, the kitchen is designed to make vacation living feel easy and enjoyable, whether you’re preparing a quick beach breakfast or gathering for a relaxed dinner after a day in the sun. Featuring Quartz countertops, Stainless Steel appliances and generous amount of cabinets, the kitchen offers plenty of room for preparing a quick meal or snack.
The open layout keeps the cook connected to the living area, making it perfect for shared meals, morning coffee conversations, or evening happy hour before heading out to enjoy Downtown Dunedin. Altogether, the layout balances shared gathering spaces with quiet personal areas creating a space that feels both elevated and effortlessly livable during your Dunedin Florida stay.

Located just off the Dunedin Causeway, you’ll be nestled in between residential condo buildings, small businesses, including restaurant Hurricane Eddies, Brenda's on the Causeway, Frenchy's Outpost and the Angler Bait Shop. The neighborhood is very walkable and dog friendly, everyone has one :) While the neighborhood is walkable, you would likely need a car to get to downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island and other local attractions. No Car, no problem as Ubers and Lyft are plentiful making it easy to explore Dunedin and nearby attractions. Publix is also less than a mile away for convenient grocery shopping.

Why they chose this property
Dunedin is an idyllic coastal town that I had never even visited until the day we looked at Mai Tai Suites to purchase. I immediately fell in love with the Dunedin Causeway as well as the charming downtown. So much to do, the people of Dunedin are so friendly and kind.
There is this cool vibe about the property location itself, and that is what made me purchase it the day we looked at it. I knew I could turn it into something special. Last but not least, Dunedin is very dog friendly and I love dogs.

What makes this property unique
Location, Location, Location! One mile to Honeymoon Island, 3 miles to downtown Dunedin, 15 minutes to Clearwater beach and under and hour to Tampa International Airport. Some of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at in Downtown Dunedin. There is no shortage of things to do and see in the immediate area.
