We are John and Karen Bickford of Bolton MA and have been in the short term rental space since 2009
We have property in Clearwater Beach as well as Mexico. When we came upon the Mai Tai and the beautiful surroundings we fell in love and made the purchase. Its a great location surrounded by water and lots to see and do.
Why they chose this property
Great Location and we love being so close to Honeymoon Island and all it has to offer. Dunedin is a great little town with so much vibrancy. Dunedin is also dog friendly and we love dogs. Dogs stay for free up to two.
What makes this property unique
Location, Location, Location! One mile to Honeymoon Island, 3 miles to downtown Dunedin, 15 minutes to Clearwater beach and under and hour to Tampa International Airport. Some of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at in Downtown Dunedin. There is no shortage of things to do and see in the immediate area.
