1BA/1.5 BA condo 1 block from the beach. Pool located behind our building. Condo includes full kitchen, queen sized bed in bedroom and queen air mattress to be used in living room for extra guests. Charging station with lightning, micro USB and USB-C plugs. Laundry room with washer and dryer included, as well as all linens. Hear the ocean from the front balcony and walk to the pier for fishing, food and fun. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided for your use. Unit is the first floor above ground level parking.

Accommodating and comfortable

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Great beach access and so close to the Tiki Bar on the pier! Worked with us when our plans needed changing and were prompt and helpful with their responses.

Perfect Couple Getaway

My husband and I desperately needed a break. We decided a beach trip would suffice, and the location, cleanliness, helpfulness/ responsiveness we received from this place was all around great. A plus was that our fur babies got to vacay the weekend away with us!

Beach getaway wknd

I chose this property because of its close proximity to the beach and allowed dogs. The property is as described, it's cute and cozy. Plenty of parking for guests. Super easy to walk around the area, to the pier or on the beach- which is literally half a block away. The host is very nice and amazing to work with. I really enjoyed my weekend but as always it was too short! I would definitely stay here again!!

Fun, pet-friendly beach rental

The property was as advertised, excellent location, great value, well-furnished. Our only issue was that the dryer did not dry well - it may have something to do with a missing lint trap? I think the hose may be clogged. We ended up having to dry certain things outside. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Best place in Carolina beach

Right by the water, clean room , ready right on time , the room came with beach chairs and a wagon and didn’t have to worry. Would stay again!

Cleaning process

If your gonna invite the families furry friends to stay, please flea treat in between renters with animals. My dogs were infested with fleas by the time we were ready to leave. Had to go to vet in town to start flea treatment. My animals had been bathe, groomed and were flea free when we got there. It was terrible and quite expensive to treat them. We've never had a problem ever before..we try to treat our property we rent like our own home. I would not recommend this rental if your bring your family pet

Great apartment

This apartment met our needs and my husband, daughter and dog were all comfortable. Very easy walk across the street to the beach. There is a coffee maker but no coffee so bring your own, just a heads up!

Great condo for a couple and their pet

Clean and comfortable one bedroom condo only a block away from sandfiddler beach access. The condo is very pet friendly and even puts out a very sweet basket of balls your dog can take to play with on the beach. The kitchen is fairly stocked with pans and other things you may need to cook. Host was very nice and responsive. We would definitely come again!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to many places and very short walk to the beach. If you plan to stay here, check out Northend Mini Mart/Cafe. Their breakfast was so good and short drive from the condo. I would recommend this place.

Beachy Condo

Just across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the north end pier. Easy check in and check out. Good communication on both ends. Clean and cozy. Everything we needed for a great stay with our pup.
