The A/C is very loud. We contacted property management and they said they’d send somebody, nobody ever came…. It was hard to sleep at times. The location is amazing

Thank you for the review, and we're glad the location lived up to expectations! We're sorry to hear the A/C noise affected your sleep and that a follow-up visit didn't happen during your stay - we'll be following up internally to make sure maintenance requests like this are completed. Thanks for staying with Homeowner's Collection, and we hope to have the chance to make it right on a future visit!

Perfect for Family

This property for our family of 4 could not have been more perfect. The location was ideal during a busy time we just walked out the door and we were in the middle of everything and step away from the beach. The balcony was fantastic place to feel like your in the middle of everything but yet in your own private space. The space was bright full of light and very spacious! We will stay here again!

Great property

We loved this condo. Close to everything. Beautiful view of the Seaside green space and ocean. The condo was bigger than we expected which was an added bonus. The best part is I left a necklace there and the sweet woman who cleaned the condo after we left turned it in! We will definitely rent from Homeowners again.

Perfect Fit

This was exactly what I’d hoped it would be. I wanted to celebrate my newlywed friends and the space was exactly what we’d hoped it would be. Fantastic spot for our first trip to Seaside because we could survey everything going on from the comfort of our own spacious balcony. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful space.
