Waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in sunny Southwest Florida.
Nicely furnished, new carpet, new TVs, kitchen utensils.
Gulf access canal side furnished lanai. Washer and dryer in the unit. 22 units community with heated swimming pool, large gazebo with gas grill and patio furniture.
Southeast of Cape Coral. Close Distance to the beaches and entertainment. Fishing next to the unit.
Association required 3 month minimum rent.
Sorry, no pets, no smoking in the unit.
Rental application has to be approved in advance by association and will be emailed by request. Application non-refundable fee is $100 payable directly to association.

Excellent location

This condo was walking distance to anything you want to do. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, grocery store. The site had a very nice pool and cabana to cook outdoor. The condo was outdated on inside, couch was a two seater, was some Ian damage that hadn’t been repaired as of yet but was minor and understandable. Kitchen supplies like dishes, pots and pans were limited and many weren’t dishwasher or microwave safe. Would recommend to rent as long as your ok with mentioned items. The master bedroom could be updated to a queen or king size bed too

Thank you for bringing to my attention that kitchen dishes aren't microwave and dishwasher compatible. I'll update them for next season. Sorry about the cosmetic damage of part of the balcony ceiling. I've contacted the building contractor for this matter but, because of extensive hurricane damage in our area, they cannot get to it until June or July of this year. Master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress and new bedding; a king size bed would be too much for that room. The couch is a two-seater however, there are additional armchairs in the room that you are able to use. Anything larger in that space would be too much and limit walking space.
