Great place for a group!

Several of us needed to be in Athens for an event and this home was very accommodating to our needs. It was a short drive to Athens and the house was a welcome retreat outside the city. The grounds are wonderful for outside entertaining and relaxing and the home is spacious enough for everyone to find a private space. The owner was available and very responsive.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property during our family trip to Georgia. The home is spacious, spotless, and feels like new construction, perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, even taking the time to walk us through the property features in person, which is a rare and appreciated touch.The outdoor amenities truly set this place apart. The pool was a hit with our family, and the lake view added a peaceful backdrop to our stay. We especially loved the outdoor grill/bar area with a TV, ideal for evening hangouts. The game room kept everyone entertained in competitive ping-pong, and the setup for outdoor fun was fantastic, complete with cornhole boards and fishing rods. We didn’t catch anything, but we had a blast trying!This home had everything we needed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. It’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into making it a great experience for guests. We would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality vacation rental in the area.

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!

We stay at a lot of properties, this by far was the best! It was better than described. The owner was VERY responsive and very sweet. There was plenty of space for all our “kids” and their families. We had one grandbaby on one side of the house and one on the other. Everyone had their own space, yet we could come together and be together for meals and games. It was so quiet and beautiful! He even had feed for the neighbors animals, and the grand kids loved feeding them. The only thing we didn’t like was there was a security camera in the master suite- between the bathroom and bed- even though they assured us they were not on, just having in a place that we consider “private” is uncomfortable. We noticed some were removed from the bedrooms, maybe remove that one also and just keep common area ones. (Which I totally get) Thank you for helping our family make great memories!

Fantastic!

I acquired this home for the groom and groomsmen to stay for my son's wedding along with hosting the rehearsal dinner. It was perfect and the host was very accommodating. Home was well equipped and worth the expense.

Awesome outdoor space, relaxed setting ! So much space.

I had a bunch of moms come here for a weekend, it was awesome. Super remote, great property, lawn, pool and outdoor area. Plenty of space and clean. Owner was wonderful. We are actually wanting to come back with our kids, along w other families. Highly recommend !

Perfect place for all ages

Our family gathered for a memorial service. The home was a perfect place for ages 3-75! We enjoyed the pool, pond, large yard and nice kitchen. We were very pleased!
