Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Narbonne Plage, 6 km. The photograph shows a typical example. Near the Mateille lake. Please note: bermuda shorts prohibited in the swimming pool.
3-room terraced house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), TV (flat screen). Kitchen (mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm), shower/WC. 1 children's room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 110 - 140 cm with curtain, rooflight with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating, air-conditioning. Small patio 12 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
