Palisades 228 - 3 Bdrm condo with epic view!

Bright and spacious condo with a fantastic main channel view featuring stunning sunsets every evening. This condo offers a great view of the lake from almost every room including the primary suite that is furnished with a king bed and a private double vanity bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a king bed with private bath and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The lakeview kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare all your meals including a coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar with 4 stools. A dining room table with seating for 6 people adjoins the lakeview living room area that leads to the lakeview open air deck. Cable TV with 3 flat screen TVs, and Wi-Fi throughout complete this nicely appointed condo. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably and is perfect for a small family or several couples. The Palisades Condo Complex is not a good choice for party groups as this complex is an upscale gated community. The complex offers a couple outdoor seasonal swimming pools and is located near the top of Horseshoe Bend Parkway making it convenient to all the lake area attractions including both Four Seasons golf courses, the Ridge and the Cove. There is also a 12' X 32' boat slip available for an additional charge. As you can see this condo is perfect for your next lake vacation so pack your bags, grab the kids and come enjoy all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! We had an amazing stay. Loved the condo. Beautiful views. Loved the time on the patio. The beds weren’t so comfortable and we were expecting a grill on the premises which we didn’t find, but other than that we had a great experience. Easy check in check out

Great Thanksgiving Weekend!

Spacious unit with beautiful views. Kitchen was very well equipped mattresses were comfortable. Nice patio. But be aware the beauviews are because of the wall of windows in the MB and living room and the sun beats on those windows mid day.

Even Better Than Expected

We stayed with our children over the 4th of July and really enjoyed the property. It has a fantastic view of the main channel and we saw so many fireworks displays. It was also very nicely decorated and comfortable. We had family who were also visiting the area and they very impressed by the property as well. Finally, the check in process was extremely easy and the property manager was very helpful and responsive to my questions. Highly recommended.

A Gem

This condo is just beautiful. This place was peaceful, well maintained with an amazing lake view from the balcony. The openness of the front room and kitchen is very welcoming. We loved the beds and found them comfy cozy. Our property manage Jennifer was absolutely amazing with communication and helped us find things to do. Such a kind soul. We are planning on coming back for sure!

Spring Harbor Hop

The property manager were AMAZING ! Great communication and wonderful experience. Had to go meet them and tell them, "best experience ever" ! A couple of the rugs in the condo, as well as the carpeting, were dirty. We washed the rugs and they were fine. Property manager said they had cleaned the carpets multiple times but couldn't get a couple spots out. My wife had left a bracelet in the condo when we left. I called the property manager and she immediately went to the condo and found the bracelet !! Best property management experience ever !!

One of my best experiences at the lake.

One of my best experiences at the lake. This is the ideal property for a memorable lake vacation. Beautiful property on the main channel. Very clean, open Floorplan with multiple large sliding doors to the covered deck. The best views and sunsets directly on the water. Excellent communication and service. Jennifer was great. Always available to answer and questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
