Discover our "pine delight apartment" for 4 to 6 people and its fabulous terrace overlooking the pines.
An exceptional location that will allow you to enjoy both the beach 50 meters from the apartment and the town center of Lacanau.

LIVING SPACE
Located on the 1st floor of a residence without lift, the 62m² apartment has been created with a countryside-themed decoration.
The living space includes a large room with a lounge area equipped with a convertible sofa, a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Large bay windows opening onto the wooden terrace offer a panoramic view of the Lacanau national forest and bring great light into the main room.
Whether you are reading on the sofa, preparing a good dish in the kitchen or simply sitting down for your lunch, you will have pines as your horizon.
You will enjoy the terrace at any time of the day: to share your breakfast, do your sport, or at aperitif or dinner time.

BEDROOMS
This apartment has a master bedroom (160 bed), and a double bedroom with 2 single beds, which can accommodate either children or another couple. Towels and bed linen are not included for stays of less than 4 nights. You can reserve them for an additional 15 euros per person.

The central beach is 50 meters from the apartment, or the quieter southern beach about 500 meters away. The golf courses are 5 minutes by car and for shopping and restaurants you are in the middle of the city . Carrefour contact is a 5-minute walk away. appartement très bien situé et agréable (poutres apparentes, grande terrasse, bonne literie ...); tout peut se faire à pied, y compris la laverie juste dans la rue d'à côté (machine à 5 euros avec lessive incluse) - prévoir de décharger puis de se garer loin (quasiment tout la ville est devenue payante pour les stationnements) ou dans un parking payant plus loin, puis de tout faire à pied ou à vélo

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement très bien situé, et avons été très bien accueilli par Anaïs ! Le logement est propre et confortable ! Seul petit point négatif, le restaurant situé sous l’appartement stocke ses poubelles sur la terrasse en dessous de la terrasse de l’appartement, ce qui a créé de très fortes odeurs et nous a empêché par moment de profiter de l’extérieur de l’appartement.

Perfecte plek

De ligging is perfect zo midden in Lacanau Ocean. Allles is te voet te bereiken. We waren hier met vier volwassenen voor 12 nachten. Appartement is schoon en ruim en ligt boven aan de achterzijde van het restaurant De keuken is erg compleet met ruim voldoende servies en bestek. Er zijn diverse keukenapparaten waardoor je de mogelijkheid hebt lekker te koken of te bakken. Het enige wat miste was een klein vriesvakje. De veranda bied veel privacy en is ook groot genoeg met een fijn hoog dak . Een wasje hebben we gedraaid bij de supermarkt om de hoek. Wel muntgeld meenemen. Als we weer naar Lacanau Ocean zouden gaan zouden we deze weer boeken. Het enige minpuntje was dat we de auto niet makkelijk ergens konden parkeren. Er schijnt ergens een gratis parkeerterrein te zijn maar die was gesloten. We hebben het bij de Tourist info nagevraagd en werden verwezen naar een plek 1 km verderop waar we elke dag via de app de parkeertijd in konden stellen. Prijs was max €3,50 per dag dus goed te doen. Officieel moest de auto daar's nachts weg. Dat hebben we niet gedaan. In de directe omgeving kun je wel parkeren maar is stukken duurder. Lacanau Ocean zelf is een erg aantrekkelijk (surf-) plaatsje. Overall een heel fijne plek om vakantie te vieren.

Très belle location, bien décoré, terasse très agréable, localisation idéale. Il manque peut-être un égoutoire, de quoi sécher la vaisselle, et quelques denrées de base (huile, poivre, sels fins, pq) pour que ce soit parfait.

Perfect stay for surfing trip

Stayed with two friends for a surfing trip. The beach is a short 10min walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is very tidy and neat. The terrace is cozy and spacious enough to keep surfboards out of the way and hang wetsuits to dry. Emilie was super friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place.
