Seaside Beach & Racquet Club does not allow smoking in any of the common areas, including pools, stairwells, sidewalks, picnic areas. There is a designated smoking area on the East side of the property, just South of the dumpster, near the shuffleboard courts. This is currently the ONLY area on the Seaside Property where smoking is allowed on the grounds.

Spring Break 2024

Spacious Condo with great views and easy access to the ocean. Across the street from the Arcade and mini golf and close to many restaurants. We had an issue with the dryer and the maintenance personnel responded very quickly and took care of the matter. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Had a wonderful stay .

This was a nice place .Like others said it would be nice to have a small chest of drawers in the rooms. We couldn’t get the living room TV to work but wasn’t worried to much about it wasn’t there to watch tv . Tv did work in the bedrooms so kids where happy. I know if I had called manager they would of gladly worked with us to get it going. Yes I would definitely stay here again.

Review of the condo

There were no dressers in the bedrooms for clothing. The floors were sandy upon arrival and the master bed had sand in the bed when we pulled the covers back to go to bed the first night. The ice maker would make ice but then it would melt in the tray and freeze into a large chunk of ice. If we did not get the ice out as soon as it was made, we didn’t have ice because it froze into a large chunk. The bottom trim on the microwave was off and laying on top of the fridge. When we got the broom from the closet, we found the AC filter completely clogged up. It was stopped up and brown. It has not been changed in a very long time based on the amount of dirt that was in the filter. The floors under the couch and beds have not been swept in a long time because the floor was covered in lint.
