Cozy cottage in a GREAT area... VERY NICE

My husband and I and 2 Chihuahuas spent 9 nights . We had relatives nearby where we took meals or went out, so never used ANY of the kitchen stuff. I did notice there seemed to be just about everything you would need. I was a bit disappointed that Linens and towels were not INCLUDED, but borrowed from the family and got by.. Overall a very comfy place and having the WIFI and Cable TV was great for watching Stanley Cup ACTION

Great location!!

The location of this home was perfect being Mid Cape. Although small we (3 adults) had plenty of room without using the third bedroom. The kitchen met our needs and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The home was clean and tidy and the shower was great after a hot sticky day out. The beach was within walking distance and there was plenty to do and see all over the Cape.

Convenient to Dennisport Center and beach. Cottage is clean but can be pretty dark inside.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the entire place is very clean. We took my parents, who are in their nineties, but I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly or handicapped. The shower is tough to negotiate and it’s difficult to get around the beds.

House needs some updating-shabby blinds, no window curtains, old, torn lampshades.

Never understood why folks have old, torn, shabby furnishings in their cottages or vacation homes; just because it's a second home, don't treat it as second-class! Most of the lamps are old and not really functional, lampshades torn, yellowed, stained. No curtains on any windows except in bathroom. Bent, dusty mini-blinds on all other windows. Place could have used some serious updating; however, the bathroom was recently updated and was nicely done. Oh, and, it should have been mentioned - on very busy street!!!

great location, loved the large yard and fire pit.

Short walk to beaches and restaurants. The back yard was very private and we used the fire pit a lot. A great place to stay.
