Great stay in Garden Isle

Perfect location - walkable to Brenneke and Poipu beaches. Best thing by far is this oceanfront condo - 20 feet from rocks and hearing waves crash on rocks is heaven. Condo is adjacent to pool and hot tub - very nice. Condo itself seems a bit dated but we were here for the virw and never even used kitched.

Amazing views. Property is clean and in good repair. Seemed more like a time share than most VRBO's in terms of amenities. Ongoing structural repairs to balconies are a bit of a distraction. Overall the view is what makes it special

Beautiful View

Excellent view and location. The management company was a little hard to communicate with prior to our stay and the property needs some work. The sliding doors, both sets, did not close and had openings for all bugs to come inside. Loved the pool and hot tub and the Beach club was a great amenity. The view was just amazing but the doors to outside really need to be more secure for safety and need to close properly to keep everything outside.

Enjoyed our stay at Makaheuna

Awesome location. We enjoyed watching turtles right from our lanai. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The pool area is very nice. We will definitely be back!

Great location, beautiful condo

Loved our stay at this update and air conditioned condo overlooking the sea. Location was great for a short drive or 10m walk to the beach. Access to the athletic club was great, the kids loved the slide and pool.

Awesome place!

Nice place! Watching the waves out on the lanai splashing on the lava rocks and coming up through the small blow hole to the right was awesome! Drinking coffee every morning on the lanai was relaxing! Pool was right out the door. Air conditioning was awesome! Can’t go wrong with this place. Judy and Steve

Magical spot

This place has all we needed to relax and rejuvenate. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, lovely linens but best of all was the lanai with multiple places to lounge and get lost in the ocean view. Many whale sightings! Thanks for a great week.

Would have like to have gone but due to all the restrictions in place, Mask nonsense, limited dinner capacities, spot checks , we all decided to cancel our trip due to increased COVID levels put out by the State. Don't waste your money on Travel Insurance on VRBO because they decline everything. Owners REPS were not willing to work with us on rescheduling or any type of credit. We love Kauai but will not return until their State Representatives get their act together - There were also no cars to rent making it difficult to get around. Still a lockdown State (liberals) Next thing they will do is make you take the vaccine even if you have already survived it before you can go to the Islands
