About this property

Detached rustico on a beautiful country estate with pool and tennis court

The pretty house offers the possibility to live alone and autonomously and at the same time to enjoy the advantages of an elegant and comfortable holiday complex with a tennis court, pool, bowling green etc. Casa Fiorentina has a cozy living room, a kitchen, a spacious double bedroom with an additional alcove, a bathroom with shower, vanity, bidet and toilet. The kitchen is built to today's standards. The private garden with seating and lying area offers rest and relaxation. The whole house was renovated true to the original and has the Tuscan living ambience.

The Rustico itself is located on the year-round "Resort Terre Gialle" holiday complex. TV with DVD, dishwasher, washing machine and garden furniture are available. Bed linen, final cleaning and towels are payable directly on site. Parasols and loungers are available at the pool, and there are also sun loungers right next to the house.

Herrlicher Urlaubsort, sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schönes, großes und familienfreundliches Rustico in einer Ferienanlage oder eher neben der Anlage, deren Pool und Tennisplatz man völlig unkompliziert (bei uns teils sogar ganz alleine) nutzen kann. Es war fast zu schön, um wahr zu sein! Wir haben uns bestens erholt und einige Ausflüge in die toskanischen Städte unternommen - ohne Auto ist man jedoch etwas aufgeschmissen. Unsere Kinder haben sich dort auch sehr wohlgefühlt. (Vielleicht sollte man betonen, dass die Treppe zur oberen Etage eine Raumspartreppe ist, was vielleicht nicht für jeden leicht zu gehen ist. Für uns aber kein Thema.) Das Auto kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Küche hat alles, was Familien brauchen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Zum Meer mit dem Auto ca 1 Stunde, aber der große Pool mit dem fantastisch sauberen Wasser hat uns mehr als gereicht. Herrlich! Wir bedanken uns sehr für so ein tolles Objekt zu einem super Preis, sehr familienfreundlich! Gibt es nur sehr selten!!

Rustico in Alleinlage, schöner Gemeinschaftspool

Das Rustico könnte etwas sauberer und gepflegt sein. Lage ist sehr Ruhig gelegen, der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr gut. Haben den Standort für mehrere Toskanaausflüge genutzt.

Tutto super ottimo soprattutto l'area esterna

L'area recitata in cui è inserito il rustico è fantastica con giardini, laghetto e tanta tranquillità. Il punto di forza del rustico è senza dubbio l'area esterna tranquilla e appartata peccato per la pulizia della casa e per la mancanza delle zanzariere in casa, secondo me necessarie in una casa immersa nel verde. Il gestore dell'area il sig. Alberto è una persona davvero eccezionale!!!

Toll gelegen, bestens ausgestattet, schönes Rustico

Ein wirklich schön gelegenes und hübsches Rustico! Sehr schön ist auch, dass man von der Küche direkt auf die Terasse kommt. Sehr schön ruhig! Die Ausstattung war prima, zum Kochen ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Super, dass man den Pool der Appartment-Anlage mit nutzen kann!
