Outbuilding on a traditional mas with a swimming pool

Located between Argelès-sur-Mer and Collioure, and just 1 km from the popular Racou Beach, you’ll stay in a 90-square-meter single-level apartment in a traditional country house (mas) with a view of Argelès Bay, located 3 km from the centre of Argelès-sur-Mer, 3 km from Collioure, and 1.5 km from the port of Argelès.

The owners, who live in the upper part of the farmhouse, are available to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Accommodation for 4 people, featuring 2 beautiful bedrooms, a 50 m² living area with an open kitchen, living room, and dining room, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Partially outdoors, with large terraces and access to a pool, all set in a lush, green setting of cork oaks and Mediterranean plants on a fully enclosed 1-hectare property.

We do not rent the apartment to groups of young people under 22 years of age.
The guests who booked the stay must be present.

The apartment must be left as clean as it was upon arrival.
If you do not wish to clean the apartment upon departure, please let us know; a cleaning fee of 80 € will be charged.

We also offer an optional linens package for 4 people (including sheets, bath towels, and tea towels) for 25 €.

The linens package is complimentary for all reservations of one week or longer.
