Come enjoy the Bear’s Den, a chalet style a frame log cabin that was built two stories above the garage. The cabin is nestled high in the pines and centrally located on the outskirts of Flagstaff right in the middle of it all! There are fun things to do and places to see no matter which direction you go! This cabin has a huge loft area above with both a king and a queen sized bed with a beautiful view of Pumphouse Wash right outside the window. The main floor features a full kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace, bathroom, and second bedroom.
The loft has a cozy reading area while the main floor has a large balcony deck right out the sliding glass door from the living room that over looks Pumphouse Wash. Enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck watching the sun rise and maybe even wildlife also enjoying their breakfast!
The bedroom on the main floor features a log frame bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and twin on top.
Several amenities are included with your stay at The Bear’s Den. These include a stone gas fireplace, full kitchen, heated tile floor in the bathroom, outdoor gas log fire pit, gas outdoor grill, and a large private 8 person hot tub right outside your door! Very quiet and cozy. 1-2 parking spaces. Max of 2 dogs under 50# each are allowed with a $50 pet fee, please add that fee at the time of booking.
The Bear’s Den is conveniently located to all of the Flagstaff area attractions. Within 30-60 minutes you can visit Sedona, Snow Bowl Ski Resort, Bearizona, Oak Creek Canyon, Williams (Grand Canyon Railway), Lake Mary, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory, and downtown Flagstaff. The Grand Canyon south rim is a little over an hour away. Phoenix is less than 2 hours south. We are also less than 10 minutes drive to Pullium Airport in Flagstaff. Rental cars are available at the airport or we can set up arrangements for pickup or drop off. There is a second cabin on site that is completely private from this cabin as we have built a partition wall in the back. The back of the cabin is completely private but there are back neighbors about 200 yards away, despite this the cabin is still cozy, serene, and private

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. The host was extremely attentive and responsive, which made everything easy and stress free. The cabin was very clean, cozy, and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was perfect — quiet and secluded, yet only about 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept great. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
This was more space than a solo traveler needs but it was a wonderful stay. Very spacious and everything i needed. Hot tub was great. Definitely would stay here again.
We had a lovely two-night stay, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was super clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel so welcoming. We easily found everything we needed, which was a huge plus. Plus, the hot tub was fantastic, and the video game machine was an absolute hit with my nine-year-old. We had a great time!
The Bear’s Den is one the best places we’ve stayed. It’s everything described and more. The hosts are responsive and attentive, the cabin is clean and comfortable. There are games to play and the hot tub is awesome. A must stay!!

Very friendly, responsive owners. Nice little very safe area.
This was a great little property on the middle of everything. We visited the Grand Canyon, Williams, numerous national monuments/petroglyph sites, Sedona and many more. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.
The only negative thing I have to say is that we could not stay longer! The owners were very responsive, the neighbors were friendly, and the location was perfect. Dont pass this property up! Well worth the stay!

Our stay was amazing at the Bears Den! Hot tub was so much fun to be in when surrounded by snow!
Pros:The overall location is beautiful. It was wonderful to watch the sunrise through the big windows in the living room. The hot tub was wonderful right off the back door. The beds were comfortable and the owner was helpful and responsive. It was easy to get into the home and feel settled right away. Cons:I’m afraid the cabin, while clean, wasn’t as well maintained as we would’ve preferred. Only two burners worked on the stove and the countertop oven took twice as long as it should have to bake and was very small to prepare food for an entire family. The sliding door to the bedroom wouldn’t stay closed without locking it from the inside (difficult to do with children- we blocked it with a shoe). Additionally, the Internet was so poor that we could not use the arcade system in the house (one of the reasons we chose this home). We ended up running our devices off hotspot from our phones because nothing would run/stream properly.
The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive. The property was exactly as described and very cozy. Great location to explore surrounding sights, we did day trips to the GrandCanyon, Sedona and Snowbowl.
