Awesome vacation at Carolina Dreams

We loved everything about the property! The kitchen was clean and had just about everything we needed. Double fridges helped tremendously!!The beds and bedding were all very nice and comfortable. The living room had lots of comfortable seating. We lived on the front and back porches. The pool was amazing too! We did not use the two bedrooms with bunks because our grands are still too little but we hope to come back in a couple of years and they’ll be perfect! We did use them for sleeping rooms for our babies in pac and plays (with baby monitors of course). The rooms were great for that. We loved loved the house so much!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach property as a rental. We hope to come again very soon!!!

Perfect Family Getaway

While the property manager was great, the home itself had everything we needed and more; spacious kitchen with professional fridge and oven, giant kitchen table, large family room with seating for double digits and an 85" TV, a TV and bathroom per bedroom, 2-level covered patios, (optional heated) pool with jacuzzi, foosball/table tennis/cornhole/video games, a deck which runs all the way to the beach, and fantastic views. Nearby restaurants, groceries and shopping. Looking forward to next year already...

Misleading Listing!

We arrived for a 4 night 5 day vacation with 20 of our closest friends and family super excited to spend our time in this house from what we has seen in the listing. Unfortunately upon arrival we were greeted with the glass on the large dining room table being busted, but then was “repaired” with blue painters tape. Lots of the furniture and carpets are extremely soiled. The kitchen ceiling appeared to have been partially repaired from water damage on two large locations. Once moving to the upstairs we found the bedroom with the bunks has a major MOLD issue in the closet to the point that it is working it’s way out of the closet and into the bedroom. The jacuzzi/hot tub is basically just part of the swimming pool as nothing on it works. Host assured us a cleaning crew would arrive the next morning to assess and handle the mold issue, cleaning service never arrived, host refunded cleaning fee. Maintenance did remove broken glass from table the next morning. Listing amenities aren’t accurate to home. The good, Home has a great location on the beach, perfect walking distance to a restaurant/bar not to far up the beach. Large house to accommodate larger than normal family vacations!

So sorry to hear this feedback . We have had renters prior to you and after you all leave happy with the experience. 2 separate groups prior actually already renewed for next year. Our cleaning company is fantastic and indicated they would address the closet issue. As always we appreciate the feedback and want our guests to have the best experience possible.

We love this house!

The house is beautiful. The rooms are large and well appointed. The pool and hot tub are a huge hit and it’s so great to be right at the ocean. We had a large range of ages, from 77 to 6 years old and we all loved the house. Scott was so great to work with. I had a lot of questions leading up to our stay and he patiently answered all of them. He was also very patient with our requests while we were there. Definitely want to go back and definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend!

A wonderful beach wedding weekend for the whole family. An amazing stay with group from 18 months to 81 years. Hosted a backyard bbq in the beautiful yard with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everyone had a great time!

Fun wedding weekend

5 couples stayed for a wedding weekend. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. The beach was beautiful. We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch and on the pool deck.

Perfection!

From beginning to end Carolina Dreams was an outstanding experience! Scott is an amazing host! He has an absolutely gorgeous home with clean and comfortable accommodations and provides so many extras. We had 20 family members ranging from 3 to 80 and everyone had what they needed. The kitchen was great having everything to cook big family meals. The living space was plentiful. Much fun was had with the board games, ping pong, and foosball tables provided. The fully equipped balconies/porches and the views were fantastic. There were so many beach chairs and floats we did not want for anything. The crystal clear pool and beach access were just what we wanted and so many memories and so much fun as had by all! With all of that amazingness in mind, the most impressive part of my experience was Scott! He was so responsive to any questions I had as the organizer of the vacation he made my job easy. It meant a lot!! We will be back!!

The Carolina Dream is an amazing property!!

Our family of 14 had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house!! The house has so much room and plenty of space for everyone. The house is well equipped with all the things you need for the kitchen and even chairs for the beach. My favorite was the spacious pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Scott was great to work with and I would absolutely rent again and encourage others to rent it also. Over all we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

Great family vacation spot!

We stayed at the Carolina Dreams house with two other families and a friend. 7 adults and 9 kids total. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds! The location of the house is great, and the beach is beautiful. The pool area was also perfect for us. It was very easy to go from the pool to the beach and back to the house. Scott was a fantastic and responsive host. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great family vacation!

Wonderful family weekend!

We had the best family fun weekend at Carolina Dreams! The house is gorgeous and had plenty of room. We were a party of 17 including 6 adults and 11 kids. This house has plenty of things to keep the kids entertained including foosball, ping pong, and a fabulous pool! You have the option to have the pool heated, which we did. I highly suggest doing that, depending on what time of year you're going! It was well worth it! There are plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy soaking up the sun. There is a nice and short walkway the leads directly from the house to the beach. The custom-built bunk bed rooms are awesome and became the kid's gathering place at night to "hang out". The kitchen is great for cooking for a crowd! We had breakfast and lunch fixed in no time at all! There are many great eateries in the area and Calabash is just a short drive, which has some of our personal favorites! Scott was great to work with and is very responsive and communicative! We will definitely plan to stay at Carolina Dreams again in the future!

BEAUTIFUL family fun! Pictures do not do it justice.

This house is GORGEOUS! The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. Oven and range are huge! (Refrigerator too.) We had 6 pots going at once to cook a huge meal for our group. Kitchen table more than accommodated our family, and the older adults preferred the pub table close to the window with the beautiful views. The bedrooms were big and spacious. Even the bunk rooms had PLENTY of room. It was a TRUE vacation before we even stepped on the beach. I wish I had this kitchen in my personal home, as a lot of time was spent in the kitchen and living room when not outside. The pool/ hot tub are was a great set up. We played music out there morning until night. Kids had a great time running from the hot tub to play ping pong all day. Can’t wait to go back.
