About this property

Oceanfront Complex with Ocean Views.

Beautiful top floor oceanfront complex located on the West End of Ocean Isle with spectacular views! We are steps from the Atlantic Ocean and the Isles Restaurant and Beach Club, which is open during season.
We are only 1/2 mile from the very end of the island, and it is a beautiful walk down the beach! Our building is very close to the beach access, and it is easy to go back and forth with small children! We also have two Pack N Plays for use indoors. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Entire condo was recently renovated with new laminate vinyl plank flooring throughout, new paint, new washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. New master bedroom furniture with king sized bed and new mattress. Cable tv with televisions in living room, Master and Double rooms, as well as DVD players. New granite counter tops in fully stocked kitchen, this unit has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation at Ocean Isle.

Awesome deck furniture on our front porch area, which is covered, so bring a book to read and enjoy the beautiful days and nights or have a drink out on the porch and enjoy the evenings! New deck furniture seating for 4 on balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Master bedroom opens onto deck. Enjoy the ocean view from the Master bedroom door.
Pool is open year-round.
Bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and dishcloths are provided, however, you will need to bring beach towels and beach chairs.
Other things to note:

Smoking is not allowed.

Absolutely NO PETS are allowed.

Complex DOES NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS.

Keep the property and furnishings in good order.

Linens and towels are not to be removed from the the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or it’s facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Great family get away

This is put second stay and it was just as lovely as the first. Communication was great from owner and they even reached out to let us know we could check in early which was kind. The property is well maintained and location just steps from the beach is just amazing. There are two porches and the one has an awesome view of the ocean! Beds are comfy, couch is nice and roomy, lines are provided, we have no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

We had another wonderful visit to Ocean Isle Beach!! This is my families second time staying in this condo and both times we’ve had a great experience!! The condo is always so clean and has everything that you would need for your vacation. The owners are great with communication if you ever need anything. The little things

It’s the little things that matter to me when renting a place to stay and this one checked most of the boxes. Close proximity to the beach and pool, linens, basic amenities, and more provided, couch comfortably sat 6 adults, large tv, pool clean and had lounge chairs. One note worthy comment the unit is on the top floor with four sets of stairs.

This was a beautifully maintained property with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The property owners were very good communicators and it was very convenient that linens and many other things were provided. We had a great stay!

Perfect condo and location!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids ages 5 and 8). It was wonderful to have a pool so close with easy beach access and no road to cross. Inside, there was everything we needed. Paula and Harold were great hosts. We will definitely come again!

We had a great trip to OIB and this condo was perfect for us. It was the perfect amount of space, convenient to the beach, had a pool, and had beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards you can borrow. The owners were super easy to contact and work with. We will be back again!!

Super nice hosts

Condo was very nice and came with the little extras you always forget (laundry soap, cleaners, paper towels, dish and hand soaps etc). Hosts are super nice and checked on us midweek to ask if everything was in good working order. Easy walk to beach and the grandkids had a good time using the pool.

Overall the experience was great. The only negatives were Master bed is too high w/o steps for short people. Some low lighting is also needed at the steps on the beach at nighttime. Loved Ocean Isle Beach!
