The location of this property was fantastic. We were literally across the street from a lovely beach! The host provided everything we needed for the beach. (Chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, floats, etc). The property is perfect for a couple and provides a nice patio area where we enjoyed coffee every morning. There is a free trolley that runs from one end of the island to the other, which makes restaurants and shopping accessible without having to drive and pay for parking. We will definitely return and highly recommend

The Surfs Up was in a perfect location with great a view and easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The laundry room and beach accessories were a plus. It also has a big balcony with a grill and great views. Highly recommended!!

We will be back!!! People - snag this rental up. It’s so nice to walk across the street a the beach is right there. Everything is walkable (two miles or under). Great find!!

Wow, what an amazing place! Perfect view from the front desk, directly across the street from a beautiful and uncrowded beach. Less than a block to the trolley stop and a short walk to a Circle K, grocery store only a 5 minute bike ride away. The apartment was clean and perfect size for a couple. Laundry, beach equipment (umbrella, cooler and chairs) were all available downstairs. Absolutely perfect for us and we hope to return next year!!

Cute little house, balcony is wonderful and has a good view of the beach. The location is perfect, close to all of the spots we like to go on the island. It was clean, mattress was comfortable, and overall cozy. Only complaint we had was the noise level. It’s very close to the street so you hear everything outside. Also the water pressure and temperature were tough to manage in the shower. We enjoyed our stay on AMI as always, and this place was perfect for the two of us.

Awesome place we can’t wait to go back. It was so clean. The view is amazing. There’s absolutely nothing to complain about other than not being able to stay long enough. This was by far the easiest check-in of any place that we have stayed.

Awesome vacation spot

This was really a wonderful place for the wife and I. Great location, and close to all the nicest shops and restaurants. The owner, Adam is very engaging and pleasant. It was an absolute pleasure and look forward to coming back.

Weekend in Bradenton Beach and AMI

We had a great time and enjoyed the use of a golf cart to get around the beach and Anna Maria Island. Excellent location , nice & clean, and would definitely go back again!
