A little piece of heaven

One of the most amazing stays we ever had! The chalet is in a quiet area of Grindelwald, away from the tourist crowd. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station, slightly uphill. Easy enough, but there is also a bus stop right in front of the chalet. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace is heavenly. It will make you never want to leave. A fabulous place to relax and recharge. The owner, Daniela, lives upstairs and is super easy to communicate with. The washing machine is in her space, and she did our laundry. She has a small store in the same building with a good choice of food items and basic supplies. There are several cats, a very friendly Bernese Mountain Dog, and a chicken coop on the property, which added to our children's excitement. Overall, an awesome experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Sehr schöne, große, ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit sensationellen Blick auf die Eiger Nordwand

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse wird zum Lieblingsplatz, der Bus ins Tal fährt vor der Haustür ab, im Laden nebenan findet man alles was man braucht und die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Eigentümerin. Quartierladen im Haus, was hervorragend ist. Wanderwege und Ortsbus vor dem Haus. Wunderschöne Sicht. Einzig; zwei Bratpfannen von drei waren in schlechtem Zustand und der Dampfabzug stellte manchmal einfach aus... sonst alles perfekt. TOP! Wir kommen wieder!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist gross, bietet zwei Bade- und drei Schlafzimmer. Dazu eine Top ausgestattete Küche. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Laden der Besitzerin, wo man das wichtigste für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen kann.Zudem befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Wohnung. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber angetroffen und eine nette Vermieterin kennengelernt. Der direkte Blick auf das Bergpanorama war phantastisch!

Grosse, saubere Wohnung, tip top ausgestattet. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wunderbare Aussicht, Sonnenterasse. Dank Parkplatz und Postautohalter direkt vor dem Haus und Laden mit riesiger Auswahl im gleichen Haus ist die Lage am periphaere Lage kein Problem.

Wonderful place with amazing views.

I have stayed here three times. It is a very well equipped apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Daniella is a great hostess. She has a small store on the front of the house making it great to get a few groceries for self catering. It is conveniently located so you can walk into Grindelwald. There is a bus that stops in front of the house so you do have other transportation. Everything is on one level so it works well for people that have a walking problem. The bedrooms are nice sizes. There are so many places to see close by or you can go by train out of Grindelwald. I always look forward to staying in this wonderful apartment.
