Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Balcony, west facing position. Balcony furniture. Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

The location and amenities were great! The only issue we had was getting the information pertaining to access to the place. Once we had that, the host was very responsive to all of our questions. Beautiful views and wonderful location. We would stay here again if we return to Lauterbrunnen

Incredible views!

The views from the balcony were a pleasant surprise! Very easy connectivity - take bus 141 from the train station. Great communication via email. Lockbox key pickup was easy. Place was clean with everything we needed.

Our family of four had a lovely time at this rental. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was convenient - a nice walk along the river trail into town and the train station. And a gorgeous walk in the other direction. A truly beautiful valley!

Beautiful and convenient location!

The home is beautiful inside! It is steps away from the bus, which is great for starting any excursion. The view could not be better in the entire valley. We had plenty of room for our family, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The wifi was spotty at times, so keep that in mind if you are working on vacation, but it suited our needs just fine.

Amazing apartment amazing location

Fantastic apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious and with everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular- I would never get tired of them. Brilliant base to explore the Jungfrau region from, very convenient location with road/train/bus/cablecar links all in walking distance from the apartment. Apartment is on the edge of Lauterbrunnen, so really nice and quiet, tranquil setting. 5/10minute walk to the village. Loved this apartment and hope to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Staubach by Interhome. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely furnished. We had plenty of room for the family and we loved having 2 bathrooms and use of a kitchen. The communication and check-in process was a little difficult and confusing, between the huge time difference and language barrier. After we got passed that, everything was great. The scenery and the views from the home were picture perfect. It's a little bit of a walk from the train station but we discovered there is a bus stop almost across the street from the home that takes you right to the station.

Cannot get anyone to deal with problems

We tried for 3 days to get someone to look at issues we had in the unit and could not get anyone to respond. Very dissatisfied with the service we got . Unit is not bad but had issues with several items and could not get anyone to even respond to us. You can do better.

Ietwat teleurgesteld

We keken uit naar ons verblijf appartement Staubbach in Lauterbrunnen maar onze verwachtingen werden niet helemaal ingeleverd. Vooral de netheid liet te wensen over (de bodem van de pannencarousel was kleverig, sommige pannen waren niet proper en een aantal handdoeken vertoonden nog vlekken. Bovendien kroop er heel wat ongedierte rond - oorwormen en zilvervisjes). De tweede badkamer/douchekamer viel kleiner uit dan verwacht. De rode bedbedekking vonden wij matig (heeft ook met smaak te maken).

Vacation in Lauterbrunnen

We had a great stay here. The place was spacious and clean. We were even able to get a load of laundry done. The only thing I would say is it was hot at night - the place could use some oscillating fans since there is no a/c. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
