Large apartment house "Roger", 5 storeys. In the district of Obernhäusern 500 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, in the woods. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 300 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 260 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 750 m. Mountain railway 600 m, ski rental 350 m, ski bus stop 260 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked. Access via a pathway with steps (70 steps) or, by lift and 34 steps to the entrance of the house.

Exit to the terrace, south facing position and west facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony 9 m2, south facing position and west facing position, large terrace 29 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the Matterhorn. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
