About this property
Las Mañanitas LM C208
Summary:
Hidden among the waving lines of the sea shore, and holding a sunbathed spot in the second floor of wonderful Las Mañanitas, a magnificent unit offers the secrets of the tropics in the commodity of luxury.
The Space:
Entering from the thick wooden door, a round table topped in glass and surrounded by curved wooden chairs basks in the light. On the back, the fully equipped kitchen shines in its golden colored marble blended with silvery streaks. The contrast with the ochre colored wooden cabinets above and below offer a wonderful sight, as the sparks created by the chromed appliances shine bright in the warm weather. Behind the diner, the living room makes its grand appearance. To single chairs warm in the light against the wall, encasing the entertainment center and smart TV set wired with Dish Networks, and across the room a large L shaped couch frames a small coffee table made from rustic woods and ironworks. A marlin fish swims on the wall, reminiscing of the treasures in the Sea that rolls into the shore a few yards away.
Inside the master bedroom, a luxurious King Sized bed in ornate dressings and intricate ironworks for the frame and headrest is guarded by wooden nightstands and carefully crafted iron lamps. An antique wooden dresser waits in the corner, while a desk joyfully plays in the sunlight and a TV set floats above a drawer set. In the privacy of the Master Bath, twin sinks in marble stone sit underneath a large mirror glass. Reflected from the silvery surface are the closet doors, both in sliding mirrored glass, offering the sensation of a separate reality, a gateway into a different world; and past the arch at the end, a pristine white tub encased in marble tiles stretches while the shower stands tall and proud with its glass shields and marble walls.
In the second master bedroom, two queen sized beds arranged in floral sheets rest against wooden headrests, a single nightstand divides the two. A drawer set sits in front of them, with a TV set perched to the wall. In the guest bathroom, twin sinks mimic the grandeur and order of the Master Bath, with the shower offering glass blocks and marble tiled walls.
Through the hallway, a third bedroom has been arrayed for guests and family. Colorful sheets cover the two queen beds, their arched headrests offering a stunningly delicate feature to them. Mirrored glass doors shield the closet, while a small area has been cleared and covered in marble to function as a desk. A TV set has been encased in a natural wooden fitment, facing the beds and offering entertainment for all guests. A third bath is available here, with the same form as the other two, but offering only one sink this time. The shower is shielded by glass walls and covered by small marble tiles.
On the balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedrooms, wicker chairs and tables overlook the common grounds and ocean. An outer diner basks in the light, from the access of the second master bedroom and into the courtyard. A living room on the other side offers the sight and comfort, guiding your eyes into the horizon.
The Neighborhood:
On the courtyard, the pools and grass areas shine with splendor as the horizon glistens in the back changes from second to second, offering the ever changing display of one of the most amazing skies in the world, from the turquoise blue of noon to the dazzling reds and gold from the sunsets and dawns.
