For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing 800 m2. Table tennis, children's playground. Private: terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 250 m, bathing lake "Ossiacher See" 250 m. Tennis 400 m, riding stable 500 m, sports centre 200 m, cycle lane 10 m, cable car 11 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Ossiacher See 400 m, Hochseilgarten Kletterwald Ossiach 600 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wörthersee, Faakersee 25 km. Hiking paths: Alpen Adria Trail ab Haus, Ossiacher Schluchtweg 2 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. ENTRY TO THE OSSIACH LIDO is FREE for all guests!! Parking for 1 camper van is available (€25 per day).

Living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4), box-room. Beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
