In this pretty holiday home, in Auen on the southern shore of the Wörthersee, in the middle of the untouched nature of Southern Carinthia, you will find all the ingredients for a relaxing and / or exciting holiday.

The house on a hillside with 100 square meters of living space, is located on a 2.000 square meters of land, of which 1.000 square meters can be used as play and lawn.
A friendly and cozy facility with good facilities awaits you in the house you use alone.

The complete modernization with new tiles, laminate and new furniture took place in 2016.
The kitchen offers all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Other rooms are the living room with satellite TV, the dining area for 6 people, the light-filled conservatory with seating and a storage room. A modern bathroom with tub and shower and a guest toilet complete the feel-good atmosphere.
In addition, the house has 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and
 - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.
Bed linen and towels can be rented per week per person for 10,00 €.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage nahe dem Strandbad Schiefling, kurze Wege nach Velden und an den Wörthersee sowie weitere Badeseen, z. B. Faaker See.Sehr gute Ausstattung und ein gemütlicher Wintergarten sowie ein großer Garten. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad und für einen Badeurlaub, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Velden auch per Fahrrad gut erreichbar

Het is een heel fijn huis, van eigenlijk alle gemakken voorzien. De host was vriendelijk, beschikbaar indien nodig, en gaf leuke tips over de omgeving.Als we toch een klein aandachtspunt mogen noemen is dat er vrij veel wespen waren (deels logisch in juli) waarvan de nesten ondanks hulp van de eigenaar, niet helemaal te bestrijden waren. En we waren wat verrast dat de wasmachine, hoewel aanwezig, per keer betaald moest worden (geen onredelijk bedrag, maar goed om hier muntgeld voor mee te nemen en de gebruiksaanwijzing te downloaden).Maar al met al hebben we hier een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad wat we ook anderen kunnen aanraden.

Wir sind mit Kleinkind und Freunden gereist. Die Unterkunft war super für unsere Zwecke geeignet. Alles rund um den See konnte gut erreicht werden. Familie Wünsch hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war in einem super und sauberen Zustand. Der Ausblick war fantastisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das schöne Häuschen liegt ruhig etwas oberhalb des Wörthersees. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kinder hatten mehr als genug Platz zum Spielen im Garten und auf dem Balkon konnte man bestens entspannen.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schön am Ortsrand gelegenes Ferienhaus. Unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter (haben uns sogar eine vergessene Tasche mit zurück nach Deutschland genommen). Die Ausstattung im Haus ist umfangreich, man vermisst nichts. Alles sauber. Weiter so.

Haus 3Sterne. Vor der Terrasse eine Baustelle,keine Waschmasch.wie versprochen, nur Kostenpfl.Strand 22,50 pro Besuch.Weg beschwerlich

Komisch, andere Gäste sind begeistert. Waschmaschine war nicht versprochen, steht auch in FeWo drin " keine Waschmaschine". Und das die Straße beschwerlich ist, kommt drauf an, ist ansichtssache!! Ein Haus in der Region kann schon mal am Berg liegen. Ich hätte es korrekt gefunden, als Gast nicht blutiges Bettzeug zu hinterlassen und so hinzulegen, dass man es nicht erst sieht!!! PS: wir haben Ihnen keinen Seeblick versprochen. Ein öffentliches Freibad kostet nun mal !! Schade uns das nicht persönlich zu sagen, dass Sie unzufrieden waren. Jetzt 6 Wochen später !! Traurig !!! PS: habe ich nochmal in meinen Unterlagen erlesen, das eine Bett war voll geschissen, Decke drüber - sieht man ja nicht !!! Ich hatte Anstand und hatte nichts gesagt, aber wenn man so' ne Lügen schreibt. Die Baustelle war nicht in Betrieb!! Es ist in der Region ab Juli Baustopp! Es gibt genug freie Badestellen am Wörthersee. Strandbäder sind sehr gepflegt und für alle zum Genießen, ob Rentner oder Kleinkinder, aber die kosten nun mal. Sie wollen nicht mehr kommen - das ist auch gut so !!!

Top Haus mit Garten, Terrasse und Parkplätze

Gemütliches und modernes Haus, bietet alles was man braucht, Eine sehr komplette Küche, schönen Ausblick, Terasse, Garten und Wintergarten. Nähe zum Strand und Velden am See. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieterin, Sie hat sich bemüht, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt am besten genießen können. Wir bedanken uns herzlich und wünschen der Vermieterin weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Verblijf met volwassenen in Auen

Met plezier in de woning vakantie gevierd. Mooie uitstapjes kunnen maken en ook kunnen zwemmen in de Worthersee. Strandbad is op loopafstand. Huis is schoon en verzorgd. Goed uitgeruste keuken maar een vriesvak ontbreekt helaas. Ook een wasmachine zou het verblijf completer kunnen maken. We waren er eigenlijk stilzwijgend vanuit gegaan dat er Wifi aanwezig zou zijn maar dit was niet zo. Iets lager aan de weg zit een hotel met free wifi Daar hebben we een aantal maal gebruik van gemaakt

Een zeer mooie, verzorgd, en zeer ruime villa.

Prima voor en groot gezin die de streek van de wondermooie streek van de Wörthersee wil ontdekken. Het vakantiehuis was kraaknet en zeer ruim. Op wandelafstand van het strand. Enig klein minpunt was de communicatie door een taalprobleem (enkel Duits). Vorige de rest zeker een aanrader.

Een prima locatie

We hebben van 16 tot 29 augustus in jullie huis verbleven. Een prachtig gelegen en mooi huis met veel ruimte. Vanaf het huis kun je heel goed de omgeving verkennen en genieten van het prachtige meer en Karinthie. Kortom, dit huis is een aanrader. Gr. Ingrid en Eric

tolles Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet, komfortabel, sauber und liegt ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf den Wörthersee. Ein schönes Strandbad mit Tretbootverleih und Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Man kann sehr viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir können das Ferienhaus und auch die Urlaubsregion Wörthersee uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
