Private: garden 4'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 28.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Room cleaning weekly (included). Motor access to the house (400 m via unmade road). Parking. Grocery 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Empoli" 15 km, sandy beach "Viareggio - Forte dei Marmi" 65 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, riding stable 8 km. Nearby attractions: Montecatini Terme 15 km, Pistoia 21 km, Carmignano 21 km, San Miniato 21 m, San Casciano in Val di Pesa 40 km. Local sale of farm products. On weekdays from 08 am to 10 am the pool maintenance and garden cleaning will be carried out.
